Elles représentent un moyen particulièrement efficace pour transmettre des informations en temps réel, maintenir les utilisateurs informés et favoriser leur engagement. Ces notifications peuvent être envoyées même lorsque les utilisateurs n’interagissent pas activement avec l’application, offrant ainsi des opportunités de réengagement et renforçant la fidélité des utilisateurs envers votre application.
Envoyer des notifications push avec Zoho Apptics
Pour commencer à envoyer des notifications push avec Apptics, il est essentiel de les configurer au préalable. Cette configuration comprend l’authentification des certificats des fournisseurs de services de notification push correspondants avec votre application, suivie de l’ajout de leurs informations dans la console Apptics. Pour les applications Android, vous devez importer les informations d’identification de Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), tandis que pour les applications iOS, il faudra télécharger les certificats du service Apple Push Notification (APNs). Une fois ces certificats correctement associés au nom ou à l’identifiant, vous serez en mesure de créer et d’envoyer des notifications push aux utilisateurs. Les notifications comprennent plusieurs éléments comme du texte, des médias, des boutons d’action, etc. Vous devez les déclencher de manière native en envoyant les données de la notification dans le code de votre application ou en utilisant des outils tiers. Avec Apptics, nous avons simplifié le processus de création d’une notification push en le décomposant en cinq étapes simples.
1. Planification
Tout commence par attribuer un nom à la notification que vous êtes en train de créer, ce qui vous permet de la référencer facilement. Ensuite, vous choisissez la date et l'heure auxquelles elle sera envoyée. Vous pouvez soit envoyer la notification immédiatement après sa publication, soit la programmer pour une date et une heure futures.
2. Public
Définir une audience cible pour la notification push à l'aide de filtres et de critères.
Filtres - Sélectionnez au moins un identifiant d'application pour diffuser la notification push. Il est possible de préciser davantage votre audience en filtrant en fonction du type d'appareil, du modèle, de la version de l'application, de la version du système d'exploitation, du pays et du groupe d'utilisateurs. Le taux de conversion permet de mesurer l'efficacité de la notification en spécifiant l'action que l'utilisateur doit entreprendre dans l'application après avoir interagi avec la notification.
Critères - Définissez les critères sur la base desquels vous souhaitez que le public sélectionné reçoive des notifications push. Vous pouvez définir les critères en fonction des activités précédentes des utilisateurs (les événements déclenchés ou les écrans visités par vos utilisateurs) dans une période sélectionnée.
En plus de sélectionner l’audience de la notification, vous pouvez également évaluer son efficacité auprès de vos utilisateurs grâce à la fonctionnalité « Conversion ». Elle vous permet de choisir une notification qui est déjà suivie dans Apptics pour votre application, et de mesurer combien d’utilisateurs ont accompli l’action souhaitée dans votre application après avoir interagi avec la notification.
3. Contenu
Après avoir programmé la notification et sélectionné les utilisateurs concernés, vous devez fournir le contenu de la notification. Celui-ci inclut principalement le titre, le message et l’image. Pour encourager une action, vous pouvez aussi ajouter l’URL de la page ou de l’écran à laquelle la notification renverra les utilisateurs.
4. Éléments supplémentaires
Vous pouvez fournir des détails supplémentaires pour personnaliser son apparence et son comportement sur l'appareil de l'utilisateur. Cela inclut le choix du son qui sera joué lors de la délivrance de la notification, ainsi que la charge utile de la notification. Vous pouvez aussi incrémenter l'icône du badge de l'application pour indiquer les notifications non lues. En outre, pour les appareils Android, vous pouvez ajouter des éléments comme le canal de notification, l'icône de l'application et la couleur de l'icône de l'application pour personnaliser visuellement et auditivement la notification.
5. Bouton d'action
La dernière étape consiste à ajouter des éléments interactifs à la notification pour encourager l'engagement direct de l'utilisateur. Vous pouvez ajouter jusqu'à trois boutons d'action et fournir les détails associés, tels que :
Nom de la catégorie : détermine le type de notification ainsi que les boutons d'action qui apparaîtront. Cette information est spécifique aux applications iOS.
ID d'action : un identifiant unique pour suivre l'interaction de l'utilisateur avec chaque bouton d'action.
Étiquette du bouton : le texte qui s'affiche sur chaque bouton d'action.
Chemin d'accès à l'icône : l'emplacement de l'image utilisée comme icône pour chaque bouton.
Action de clic : le nom d'affichage de l'icône du bouton.
Pendant que vous configurez la notification et fournissez ces informations, vous pouvez également obtenir un aperçu de la notification basée sur les détails que vous avez fournis jusqu'à présent.
Tester les notifications
Dans Apptics, vous pouvez tester la notification après avoir sélectionné la période, défini votre public cible et fourni le message de la notification. L'option de test apparaît à partir de l'étape d'ajout du contenu de votre message.
Vous pouvez tester la notification sur des appareils enregistrés auprès d'APN/FCM et pour lesquels le mode debug est activé. Vous devez sélectionner l'identifiant de l'application et fournir la référence de l'appareil, accessible via Xcode/Android Studio pour l'appareil testé. Après avoir testé la notification, la prochaine étape est d’appuyer sur le bouton de publication !
Une fois toutes les étapes complètes avec les détails nécessaires, enregistrez la notification en tant que brouillon pour des itérations futures, testez sur les appareils, puis publiez-la lorsque prête.
Vérification des résultats
Après avoir créé des notifications push, il est essentiel de savoir si elles ont été envoyées avec succès à vos utilisateurs. Une fois les notifications déclenchées, vous pouvez consulter les statistiques de performance de la notification qui incluent ; le nombre de cibles représente le total des appareils visés par la notification. Le nombre de succès indique combien de notifications ont été envoyées avec succès par le fournisseur de services de notification push, tandis que le nombre d'échecs correspond aux notifications non livrées en raison de problèmes techniques.
Vous pouvez également consulter le nombre de notifications reçues, qui reflète celles effectivement parvenues aux appareils des utilisateurs, ainsi que le nombre d'ouvertures, qui mesure combien de fois les utilisateurs ont ouvert la notification et interagi avec elle. Enfin, le nombre de conversions représente les cas où les utilisateurs ont réalisé l'action souhaitée après avoir interagi avec la notification.
