Projects Tab in Zoho CRM

I've done all the steps illustrated in https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/enhancements-in-zoho-projects-integration-with-zoho-crm , but it doesn,t work.
I've not done the mapping.
I've created from the administrator of the project portal a new project exclusively for this account, yhe same of the CRM.

What can I do?
