No cabe duda de que la cultura de trabajo ha cambiado para gran parte de la población. Si antes lo más común era trabajar con nuestros compañeros en el mismo espacio físico, ahora los equipos pueden encontrarse distribuidos - y la nueva realidad requiere de recursos que nos permitan seguir colaborando. En el tip de hoy para Zoho Projects os voy a mostrar algunas formas de comunicación y colaboración disponibles a la hora de gestionar proyectos. Tip #8: Colabora con tu equipo a través de Zoho Projects.
Colaborar en tu entorno de trabajo genera nuevas ideas, y permite alcanzar mejores resultados en muchas ocasiones. Una colaboración exitosa se basa en tres pilares: una comunicación efectiva, procesos consistentes, y las herramientas de colaboración para proyectos adecuadas. Zoho Projects dispone de estas herramientas ya integradas en la aplicación, por lo que si la utilizas, lo único que necesitas saber es dónde encontrar estas herramientas.

Fuente (Feeds)
Fuente permite a las personas encargadas de la gestión de proyectos mantener a sus equipos informados, ya sea con actualizaciones de estado de carácter crítico, actualizaciones diarias, y otras notificaciones. Esta pestaña se encuentra en la parte superior de la aplicación.



Desde aquí puedes comentar con tu equipo estas actualizaciones, los progresos del proyecto, o lo que necesites en ese momento. Para más información, accede a este enlace.

Foros
La pestaña de foros ayudan a iniciar anuncios a nivel organizacional, así como compartir información relevante e iniciar discusiones en las que todo el equipo pueda participar. 



Los foros se encuentran en la pestaña izquierda de tu proyecto. Si no se muestra, accede a Configuración > Configuración del proyecto > Organizar pestañas, y habilítala. Descubre más sobre los Foros aquí

Documentos
La pestaña de documentos actúa como repositorio central de documentos como contratos, balances, y presentaciones de diapositivas que generan los proyectos. Documentar archivos internos permite crear un centro de conocimientos del que todos puedan formar parte, ya sea contribuyendo, editando, revisando, subiendo o catalogando archivos de proyecto.
Puedes acceder a la misma y empezar a organizar tus documentos desde el panel izquierdo. Para más información, accede a este enlace.

Integraciones con aplicaciones colaborativas
Por último, Zoho Projects tiene disponible la integración con dos de nuestras aplicaciones para la comunicación más populares: Zoho Cliq y Zoho Meeting. Con ellas, puedes hacer cosas como iniciar y crear reuniones o chats desde una tarea, permitiendo una comunicación sin fricciones.
