Tips and Tricks #26: 3 Smart ways to share presentations on the go

Hi Everyone,

Welcome back to another tips and tricks post for Show. Today we'll focus on sharing files effectively from your Android app.

In Show, using Share, you can invite colleagues to simultaneously work with them on presentations, no matter where they are. Show's robust commenting system allows collaborators to provide feedback using the Add icon. The Resolve option allows you to close a comment when the discussion is complete. You can also access earlier discussions from the Archived section in Show.

With multiple collaborators working simultaneously on the file, you can track changes  from the Versions tab.

To share presentations in your Show app, click Share and then select one of the following three options:

Invite Collaborators and exchange ideas
Invite team members or groups through emails and set access levels for them to work on presentations according to their roles. Access levels include Read-only, Read/Write, and Read/Comment. You can either email the document to teams or copy the document link and share it separately with individuals. This can be useful when people want to edit the same file simultaneously.

Download and distribute presentations across teams
You can also choose to download and share presentations in PDF or PPTX formats. This will help members maintain a backup copy of the file. The receivers can store these documents in inbox, local directory, or an external disk for later reference.

Mainly, this will be of great help when they don't have access to the internet or Show app. You can also download presentations for your own personal use.

Share slide as images to facilitate reuse
You can save individual screens as images (JPEG format) in Show and send them through any file-sharing medium. Receivers can use these pictures in other applications or import them in documents and spreadsheets.
