Om jullie te helpen bij het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice ervaringen en het opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties, hebben we afgelopen jaar meer dan 200 integraties voor Zoho Desk op Zoho Marketplace gezet. Stel gebruikers in staat om met elkaar te discussiëren, samen te werken en hun producten te evalueren om perfectie te bereiken. Door afdelingen binnen Zoho Desk in kaart te brengen met gerelateerde projecten in Zoho Sprints, kunnen gebruikers werkitems voorleggen aan het relevante engineeringteam.

Ontvang tickets in Zoho Desk voor elk bericht van gebruikers en beantwoord ze direct vanuit Zoho Desk. Jouw antwoorden worden als bericht afgeleverd bij de gebruiker in het betreffende platform. MessageBird ondersteunt SMS, Telegram, WeChat, Line, en meer.
