2022 pour Zoho France a été une année très intense, avec de multiples activités, des événements, des mises à jour de produits, ou encore des réunions de la communauté en ligne. En plus de cela, nous ne cessons de créer du contenu en français pour vous fournir les bonnes informations sur les mises à jour des produits et les tendances du marché.
 
CRM étant l'un de vos outils préférés de Zoho, nous voulions que vous en tiriez le meilleur parti. Pour vous guider dans votre prise en main, nous avons réalisé les vidéos des fonctionnalités CRM en français.
Ce n'est pas tout : nous avons également le guide de configuration du panneau administrateur de Zoho One : une série de vidéos pas à pas pour configurer les différents onglets du panneau administrateur.

Cette année, le retour de Zoholics France, l'événement phare de Zoho, nous a fourni l'occasion de vous rencontrer en personne, chers utilisateurs. Il vous a également donné l'occasion de rencontrer différents experts en produits, de résoudre vos questions en tête-à-tête et d'interagir avec différents utilisateurs de Zoho en France.

L'année 2022 a été marquée par le retour des événements en direct : l'équipe de Zoho  France est intervenuedans de nombreux salons professionnels comme Hubday Retail, Go Entrepreneur, Stratégie Client, CX Paris, ainsi qu'à plus petite échelle, comme avec la CCI Blois.

Zoho Community  France


Le Zoho Community France, un espace où vous pouvez vous connecter directement avec nous, les représentants, partenaires et utilisateurs de Zoho en France. Zoho sans ses utilisateurs ne serait pas grand-chose. C'est pourquoi nous échangeons régulièrement sur ce forum des informations sur les produits et vous invitons à partager vos questions sur les particularités d'un produit, vos propres trucs et astuces et conseils d'utilisation. En 2022, nous avons organisé un meet-up en-ligne sur "Personnaliser et automatiser le workflow de vos recrutements depuis Zoho One".
