Zoho Mail Desktop and Web Not Working
For the last week or two, both ZOHO Mail desktop client and ZOHO Mail Web client have not been working. After logging in - both mail clients hang at the 'Loading ... <my email address> screen (screen shot below), the icons are rotating visually. Tried calling support, but they are currently too busy - can't email you because my email isn't working.

Custom Domain Emails Being Treated as Spam
Hello all, I have a custom domain from GoDaddy that I setup using Zoho so that I can send e-mails from myname at customdomain.club. I set up DKIM, SPF and DMARC records on my custom domain and used mail-tester.com and received a score of 10 and it says these are correct. My problem is that any emails I send from this custom domain get treated as spam, but mainly by hotmail.com. If I run my spam email headers through the mxtoolbox's Spam Analyzer, it gives me 5.6/5.0 rating which it classifies as
Can't Get A Email To Save My Life
this is just ridiculous, I can send emails but never receive any emails at all. I set everything up and when you call they act like they dont know their own service. How do i get this to work. Definitely need a much better customer service if your going to be in a niche that needs so much support. Im pissed

Duplicate emails in inbox
I am new to Zoho mail. I use Zoho webmail, the Android phone app and also download mail on my laptop to Microsoft Outlook 2007 (using POP settings but leaving mail on the server until it is deleted in Outlook or one of the other apps.) Calendar content is not syncing properly

I cannot send or receive mail from anyone. I send mail to gmail account normally but send to any other zoho mail account, the recipient will not receive mail.

I do not know waht the problem is, I do use Firefox, and after using computer for 30 years, to my recall the "mail to" has been always a problem for all which with the time got worse, because people tends more to use webmail. If you see firefox only has to webmail options (one for gmail) to select when you click a "mail to", and there is no add on for something like that to change it. Hi We have just started with Zoho. I've looked back over past questions about why have both the drive and docs and not much seems to have moved on in the last 10 months. Can't create new user on domain email on Zoho
I moved my domain email, pervisim.com to Zoho and am wanting to create user accounts. In the control panel there is only one option "Add" and no "Create". When i add the mail account, pat.stevenson@pervisim.com, it tries to send an invite to this email address which of course won't work. How can I fix this?

Critical Delay: 1 hour to receive an e-mail
Hi, I'm Receiving e-mails and it's delayed about 1 hour to be at inbox, but for sending e-mails it's OK, once I could see it on Yahoo's Inbox about 1 minute after clicking on send button. See the attachments with the tests (but I guess you might check on server side, using better tools, isn't it?) I can't work with so slow e-mail like that! i was intending to migrate from Free Gmail account wich delays 15 min. but ZOHO is WORSE!! Is there a solution for it? Thank you!
Zoho Mail and User Unique Encryption
Does ZOHO mail have the ability for strong user encryption of email that maintains secure encryption that ZOHO cannot decrypt nor produce user keys or back door? I am looking for secure email such as protonmail and while ZOHO says its uses end-to-end encryption, it seems they are more like Google and maintain the ability to decrypt user emails themselves.

Infinite Scroll vs. Pagination
Hello, one of our clients is complaining about the fact that she can't easily scroll to a specific date to see email messages, as she has to scroll with the infinite scroll. It makes her hard to go back to December 2011 for example. I know there is an advanced search feature, but is there a way to "restore" pagination and get rid of infinite scroll for? Thank you
How to log out
I know this sounds ridiculous, but I'm using Zoho mail for the first time and I simply can't see a place to log out. I generally use several non-linked e-mail accounts and log out to move from one to another. In this case, I want to log out to create one for a friend. Buenos días. Tengo el siguiente inconveniente: Los Mails que envío desde mi cuenta de Zoho a cualquier otro proveedor llegan como Spam. En Gmail entran en la bandeja general pero con un signo de pregunta y una leyenda de "Gmail no pudo verificar que xxxxxxx.com.ar fuera el verdadero remitente del mensaje y no un spamer". Y en Outlook aparecen directamente en la bandeja de spam.
