Show Display Name instead of Email Address
I am using Zoho Mail on desktop web and iOS app. On both, incoming mail is displayed from an email address (e.g. john.doe@domain.com) and not their display name (e.g. John Doe). On the Desktop Web it never changes and is the same for preview and viewing the complete mail. On iOS you see the display name when you click on the mail. How can I configure Mail to show the display name?

I've just noticed today that the Security tab in the Accounts is broke. It prompts "???ICREST.ICRESTException.general_error???" no matter which sub tab you select. I'm trying to generate an App-Specific Password but can't. Already tried on Edge and Chrome, even a different internet connection.
Able to receive but unable to send via ActiveSync
So I'm using ActiveSync on my iPhone on the latest iOS, I'm able to receive emails, move them to folders but when i try to compose or reply an email, i will get an error "Cannot Send Mail. The message was rejected by the server." I have 2FA enabled, I'm using the app specific password. Reminder, I'm able to receive but not send. Tested via imap or zoho mail app, no issue. Only on ActiveSync.
No folders visible in app
Hello, I can't see my folders on one of my emailadresses in the app. I can see them on the zoho mail webpage. On the other emailadres i can see all my folders in the app and the webpage. Can you help me with getting all the folders visible in the app?
Bug when adding email address to group
I have a group that I can essentially no longer add email addresses to. The problem started as soon as I hit 100 external email addresses in the group. From that point on, almost every time I try to add a new external address the Email Address textarea clears and the the record count in the top-right changes to "NaN." I then search for the email address and it hasn't been added. Very occasionally it works and it will let me add one or two email addresses before the bug returns. I have another 30

As a result I have received 11,000 (so far- in less than 2 hours) email notifications via my zoho mail - My developer has rolled back & cleaned the site) but emails seem to be still coming in batches. Mac Mail no longer works - "Unable to Verify Account"
I have had my account for 5 years and I recently went into my account settings on my Mac to just check my settings to allow me to setup my sons email account correctly and then post me entering my account settings I am getting this "Unable to Verify Account or Password" error popping up. I have changed my password to try and resolve the situation. - no luck I do not have MFA set as I noticed 2 Factor Authentication can be an issue with Mac Mail- still can not access my mail on either my iPhone

Zoho email doesn't work
I signed up for zoho email and connected it to my domain, crowdsurfable.org. I've done everything, MX, SPF, DMIS, and I'm sure I've done it all right. However i still can't receive or send emails from the zoho email. I'm not sure what's wrong. I am having some trouble with DMIS, however, I've definitely done it right. Email keeps being forwarded after deletong the email forwarding account
I have the following problem: 1. Added a gmail account to my email forwarding list 2. Emails are forwarded correctly to this gmail account 3. I remove (delete) this gmail from my email forwarding list 4. Emails keep getting forwarded (why??) 5. How do I get rid of Smart filters?

My domain still shows up as "Verified" I did copy Mx records , SPF records And DKIM records to Bluehost DNS manager. Zoho can no longer fetch fro Google (Gmail)
Yesterday I received the Google security alert for an unauthorized access. I recognized the IP coming from Zoho and accepted the access. I assumed Zoho changed servers again. But I still can not enable the Gmail POP account. I know I am using the correct password (password was not changed and I can log into Gmail from my browser). How can I re-enable fetching Gmail pop mail?
