i have an old account with the name of shaheryar.alim@zoho.com i try to recover it since ,i don't use it from a long time but it says inactive? can you guys activate this account for me?
Not receiving catch all email or alias emails
Have a single email address set up, am attempting to receive emails as a catch all and include those in forwarded emails to another account. This appears to not be working. Tried setting up an alias for the mail account in an effort to forward those emails, this appears also to not be working. Spam / Abuse Notifications
Hi, Office 365 provides an "Abuse" inbox where any outgoing emails it deems as spam / going into junk it puts a copy into so you can track and monitor your emails and check the contents to troubleshoot it. Do you think you could implement a similar system so if Zoho deems the outgoing mail to be 'spammy' (bad links / phrases / attachments) a copy goes to this abuse folder for monitoring?

Blocked Account
My account is listed as blocked due to "suspicious login activity" I tried changing the password and unblocking my account from the control panel as instructed but it did not work. This is the second time this week this has occurred and I would like it to stop. I use a VPN to log into my account and Zoho keeps flagging this. Please unblock and let me know how to avoid in the future.
Aliases Limit?
As per my research I have found that ZOHO has a limit of 30 aliases for Email hosting per domain. Will removing/deleting any existing alias will give an empty slot of new one to be created?
Also Icons not showing - CORS CONSOLE ERRORS
Chrome is becoming a nightmare - this is happening in FF too - I have searched everywhere and tried EVERY fix - it is not happening on every site, just some - see screen - How do we resolve this issue? blocked by CORS policy: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header contains multiple values '*, *', but only one is allowed.
Audit Logs

SPF issues
I keep getting (We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now) this is after waiting 48 hours, but when I MXTOOLBOX https://mxtoolbox.com/ It show's up in their lookup as it should, try my domain commodores.co.nz - My account with ZOHO is a payed one. Your help will be much appreciate, I'm using my same old host and cpanel witch I have had no problems like this before with setting other domain mail using my normal host and ZOHO mail. Regards.

Sync Contact in Outlook to Zoho Email ( don't use export file )
This has been asked in the past on the forums, but that was before the Outlook plugin I believe. Ultimately I want all my employees who use Outlook 2010 on the desktop to be able to sync contacts and calendar into Zoho. Then I want them to use Activesync clients on there phones so that everything is good and happy, just like with Office365, but for less $ and more Zoho options. Domain at Godaddy + Other Hosting = Showing Error.
Respected Forum, Our domain innovationmotive.com is registered with godaddy.com and we are using zohomail as our email. Earlier it was working good but due to some issues we changed our hosting and migrate to hosting.co.in, now our domain is with godaddy and hosting with hosting.co.in. Since we updated our nameservers record our email showing error. If we send email using our innovationmotive.com email to gmail it received, but if we send email using gmail it not received to our innovationmotive.com
Automatic event cancellation notices are going out to my invitees! :O
Hello, This has happened a few times over the past year, and appears to be happening more frequently - my calendar invitees are getting event cancellation notifications in their email the day of an event even though I see the event on my local calendars (MacOS, iPhone) with the invitees in them. Icons not showing correctly
My Zoho interface is not showing icons correctly I added some add blockers - could that be the problem??? you can see the icons are missing fyi this is happening for the online in Chrome and the Desktop version of Zoho Mail

How to add my custom email to my email client in iOS
Hello, I've created a custom email with Zoho using my domain. It's working, I already activated the things I needed to, I tested it, emails are being sent and received. Is Zoho server hacked??
Half my organisation's accounts are accessed via IMAP by unknown IPs everywhere around the world since 5th Sep. Zoho online support just shut me out after I complained that these accounts can still be accessed with IMAP even though a policy had been placed to disable IMAP access. Someone from Zoho please answer. This is very unprofessional by clamming up when there is a problem.

Problems accessing email with SSL
A few days ago, without any changes to my email client settings, my POP3 connections for my Zohomail account began failing.
