Zoho Calendar is sending email reminders to a dead address; endless error messages are coming in
I’m guessing a calendar event was created with an email reminder. The email address not valid. I have deleted what I beleive to the the offending repeating event, “Stephen-Kevin” But I’m still getting five to ten error emails per day. Active Sync not working
We have our email hosted with Zoho but one email in particular is not properly syncing. I have active sync enabled, however after I select and read my emails on my phone, they are still showing up as unread in my Macmail and webmail. How best to set up sub-groups

My organization has a marketing team for individual social media platforms (e.g. YouTube team, Twitter team, Twitch team, etc.) We would like the staff of each of those teams to receive email from their relevant social media platforms in a stream, however, upper management also needs access to those streams. Unknown Error Outlook Email Client
A few of our email accounts of the same domain on zoho is no longer working on our outlook client. The error codes are the same "Unknown Error Has Occurred" Code 150 However, from the web and app based email, the mails are receiving fine. Hi I've created an email account for my wife and have a major problem with accessing it. When she navigates to the zoho mail login she gets taken to the EU login page and when entering the all account name and password information it says no such account. When I go into the control panel it says no alias found and to add a new one and when I try I get an error message that says there is already one there. When I send test, it doesn't appear to be working.
