Unblocked account still wont work
Hello Zoho support, I’m having trouble with one account in our Zoho mail account. I’ve changed the password and unblocked the account from the control panel. When the user tries to sign in he gets sent to the mail.zoho.com/Unblockme page. The page says “there are no blocks on this account currently. Click here to view your inbox.” Clicking on the “click here” link just causes the same mail.zoho.com/Unblockme page to appear. I’ve verified in our control panel that the blocks on the account have
Cannot Have Both Main and Reply Signature - How Do I Resolve
Hi, I created a reply signature for follow up emails but when I check the box to Associate Mail Address it just removes the association with the main signature and that no longer works. How do I get both signature options to work? Thanks.

Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain(s). Please enable it in your Control panel to receive emails in Zoho
When I navigate to the Mail Administration section in the Control Panel, I see the error: "Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain(s). Please enable it in your Control panel to receive emails in Zoho." But I have enable the domain. The "Domains" section of the Control Panel, shows that everything is set up correctly (except DKIM). I can correctly receive and but not send emails using the domain. Mail shows as enabled in control panel if I try and disable it it says "operation Not Permitted" I

Emails not working
Hey, For almost a week now my emails have been down. I cannot see what the problem is or where. As a result my website which uses the email to verify with has been suspended for 15, which means i need to get emails back up and running asap. I have tried several contacts but no one answering, could someone look into this please?
Create event inside mail does not work.
When viewing a mail (desktop webmail app, in Chrome) click a date in the mail, popup opens, choose "Create Event", set date/time, click Create button, popup goes away. Dear Zoho I don't receive emails today. And for weeks so that the mail arrives on my cell phone I must first open from PC. It was not like this in the past.

I have email address' that auto populate when sending a new email that are old and I would like to delete those. Can anyone tell me how to delete those so they do not populate?
Messages disappeaaring from Trash
The Trash folder is only holding 2 weeks of messages. I cannot find anyplace where the capacity of trash is set. Nobody is emptying the folder. Any thoughts why this happens? Ron

Can't configure email (IMAP) in Outlook for Android
Hi, I'm having trouble configuring one of my email address in the Outlook app on Android. It keeps telling me there is a login error and to check my email address and password. I have done that 20 times now. The password is correct, the email address is correct, the incoming and outgoing servers and port numbers are correct, IMAP is enabled, two factor authentication is not enabled. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, I have used Zoho Business for a couple of days and invited an Zoho account to participate in Zoho Business. After a while a removed this account from Zoho Business, and it seems that this account is completely Inactivated (not only for Zoho Business but also for Zoho Personal). Hello, My account has been blocked for the last 3 days and I cannot receive or send any emails. I tried contacting zoho support for help on both my zoho account and another email account but my issue still hasn't been solved. My issue is pressing as I need to use my account for business purpose so I'd like to ask for help unblocking my account. Or, if zoho refuses to unblock my account, that they clearly say so so that I might take the necessary steps for my business to change email account. Thanks.
Deactivate a User
Hello, I have the trial version of Zoho One. I want to upgrade to the paid plan but I have difficulty in deactivating a user account no longer required. In the control panel I can't find any icon to use to deactivate this unwanted account. I have followed the required guide from the knowledge base. Please can anyone advice?

Sliding emails to subfolders
Hello, Is that just an impression or is it more difficult to organize emails when we we want to slide them from Inbox to Subfolders? I have noticed that a few days ago now and it is annoying. Before that, we could slide them very easily and we would not have to wait 3/4 seconds, holding them above the destination folder in order that their emails are well dropped there. If we release the mouse button to quickly, nothing happens and the emails stay in the original folder. Regards, Olivier

When I talked to the support team a few weeks ago, I was told that IMAP support will be available in the next Zoho release. Dears I am writing with a secondary account because my primary account is disabled! I am completely out of my emails ! Importing contacts via Migration Wizard - Unable to add
I have just purchased Zoho Mail Lite, and am migrating my information using the migration wizard. It appears to be having an issue when it tries to import contacts and I've narrowed it down to the fact that my contacts don't all have email addresses. Those that do, have successfully migrated. Those that don't, haven't. This appears to be an error - I have a number of contacts which I only call and text, I don't always email. Can you please advise what the resolution here is? Thanks
Control Panel still ask to verify SPF Records after DNS TXT Update
Had updated the DNS record as per Zoho requirement. However Zoho control panel still has SPF records unverified error. Compose screen does not close after sending mail
When I write an email and hit the Send button, the compose window does not close, I always have to click on the red cross in the top corner to close the it. This is really bugging me. I have checked my Compose settings, where both Outbox Delay and Undo Send are turned off. Is there a solution?
