Dear all, I am experiencing problems to use one of my email accounts with Zoho as sign up and contact form point on my website (built with Wordpress). My email shows the following error message: 5.4.4 DNS error:NXDOMAIN. I was trying to use my domain account at zohomail to receive emails from the contact us page of my site. But the email fails giving the following error: The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x800ccc6e. i registered on Zoho mails and purchased domain here at zoho during sign up process i choose " familygroupind.com " as domain and .com as domain extension. i bet i made no mistake during my registration process i checked every thing and on email for hosting i enter info@familygroupind.com but when i completed the registration process and paid the required amount purchased zoho professional account after registration i was given "info@familygroupltd.online" which i never desired to get this is mistake

We use Zoho for our business and had 30 emails returned as undeliverable today, showing the below error message. I have read the posts about IP addresses being blocked and we do have these people enter us in their contact lists but the emails are still being returned to us, and we have no way of getting every single persons IP address. Some of our emails are still going through but we cannot afford to have any returned. When will this glitch be fixed? Is there anything we need to do on our end? Thank

I have a paid lite mail account with 6 users. Some of the users want to use other clients (e.g., GMail). I know there are several ways to set this up. What I have done is to forward everything to their gmail and now I'm trying to put their GMAIL to send as which requires me to plug in the zoho smtp. Hello! In the Super Admin's control panel the User Details menu the Two Factor Authentication tab for specific users is gone. It's interesting because Ctrl + f says it can find the words 'Two Factor Authentication' on the User Details page however there is nothing to click.

Hello. I created an email on my domain and added it to my zoho account. I created another email on my domain to use as the From email for contact form 7 but I get an error when I try to send an message through the contact form to the email added on Zoho. Hi. Since last night, iPhone user has been unable to get email from the server. See screenshot for error message.
