Why is Zoho email advertised as free when it's clearly not?
I signed up to what was advertised as a free email hosting service only to be presented with a 15 day free trial notice. If your service is not free, please stop advertising it as such. We are a gaming community with zero dollars in our budget as we do not have any funding sources. Being led to sign up to free services which are not free just wasts both my time and yours. I now have to find another provider and redo work I just spent 2 hours on.
I am unable to receive email
I am unable to receive email in my account. Until 02-OCT everything was working fine. I am not sure how come my MX record disappear from the hostgator MX entry. Anyway, I have again made the correct entry. Now on ZOHO Mail setting everything is showing green, even then I am not able to receive the email. Domain name: vatituae.com Appreciate your help here. Slow receiving email in Outlook 2019
Hi, I can receive emails almost instantly using my email client on my mobile phone (using either Gmail, TypeApp or Outlook mobile), but not with the Outlook 2016 or 2019 application on my laptops. If I check on Zoho Web-mail they are there instantly but not on the laptop , they can take anything up to 30 mins or more to arrive in the inbox. Please advise. thanks
Zoho Mail not working in Vivaldi 2.8 series
I've posted this on the Vivaldi forums as well. All Zoho services work in Vivaldi 2.8 series except for Zoho Mail, which does not get pass the loading page. Per the recommendation on Vivaldi's forum, I tried user-agent switcher but that did not work. Anyone have Zoho Mail working on Vivaldi 2.8 series?
Duplicate Emails
When checking my inbox on the web interface some of my emails are duplicated. This doesn't happen for all emails, but it does happen often. I will get two of the exact same emails. Is there a setting that might cause this? I'm not sure where to look since it isn't happening for all emails.

Hi Zoho, I'm trying to make sure that emails I send using Zoho mail are as unlikely to appear in people's Spam folders as possible and as such, when I test the reverse DNS for my emails I get the following message from the test-suite (mail-tester.com): Your IP address 31.186.226.248 is associated with the domain sender-of-o52.zoho.eu. Nevertheless your message appears to be sent from sender11-of-o52.zoho.eu. Is there anything that can be done at your end to remedy this problem? Many thanks, Andy

Outgoing E-mails Going to Recipients' Spam Folder
This started happening about a month ago and have been reading forum posts to try to figure out the problem. As near as I can tell it's related to the DKIM and DMARC settings. I have carefully made sure the DKIM records are correct, but http://www.isnotspam.com/ continues to show that the DKIM can't be trusted. I use GoDaddy for a domain host which is perhaps relevant as my e-mail shows the domain not the zoho address. Kind of at a loss at this point and would appreciate help.

Hello, I received a SMIME encrypted mail, which I don't know how to open. I'm on the free plan, and I am aware that SMIME encryption is available for the premium plan. Is it true that I cannot read a SMIME encrypted mail that was sent to me if I'm only on the free plan? I tried Googling around, and checking this forum but noone seemed to have had this issue. Hello Unfortunately, I can not send or receive E-Mails. But I have installed the application zoho on my phone and when I write from there to an email adresse which I have also installed on an account on my phone (outlook) then it works. Zoho logs me out as soon as I log in successfully.

Forwarded emails not being sent
I sent this to support@zohomail.eu two days ago and have received no response. We have Zoho One and use Zoho mail with our own domain. One user is unable to forward email messages she receives from third parties to another user. These email messages disappear into the ether and do not appear in her Sent folder. Hi, I recently setup my zoho email with my shopify store and i did a test email to my personal email addresses. I noticed the outlook emails are getting marked as spam, yahoo and gmail delivers fine. Is there any reason why forwarding eMail icon is not available in ZOHO? I was watching a youtube video by 1pageZen and in it there was an instruction how to forward all eMails from Zoho to gMil. I want t do that because gMail have 15gb inbox size so I thought I can use them for my domain eMail. I created a zoho account just for the same purpose. There was no need for me to have an account on zoho unless it allowed me to forward domain eMails to gMail or outlook.com. by the way I'm on a free contract
