Contact form broken
The form at https://www.zoho.eu/mail/contact.html is broken. When I hit the Submit button a broken page comes up showing Error found while adding the data... Please get back and rectify » [] 1 . Failed to add data. I have also tried to submit support requests by emailing Zoho support but my emails are ignored. We have Zoho One set up for two companies. Is there a way we can raise tickets in such a way that they are not totally ignored?
Domain is already associated with some other account
Hi Team, I'm a new user and setting up my business mail with zoho. I have provided the existing domain shutterink.in but it throws the error with message "This domain is already associated with this account "a*****n@s*****"". This is my domain, which I have purchased and hosted on godaddy. I have never used zoho before and the ID "a*****n@s****"seems someone else ID. Not receiving some emails for this account. Some email come though fine others aren't coming though at all Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Flashing green thing
The green flashing "Add File from Workdrive" message is extremely annoying and distracting when I am trying to compose emails. It was OK while it was a new feature but now, after some weeks, it is just annoying. It is possible to turn it off? I much prefer to use a Web client but I am ready to go back to Thunderbird.

Unable to add zoho account to outlook on windows 10
I have gone through all of the tutorials, tried adding it both as a POP and IMAP with the settings listed in the tutorials and neither worked. Always get the "Something went wrong. we couldn't log on to the incoming IMAP server Please check your email and passoword and try again." from Outlook. incoming server imap.zoho.com port 993 SSL/TLS require logon using SPA outgoing smtp.zoho.com port 465 My password is correct! Ways to share all emails between addresses automatically (send and receive)
Hey there, so I have a question about Zoho Mail, as I have thus far been able to migrate all the things we are doing from GSuite to Zoho except the mail portion. Currently we use a chrome extension to auto BCC my business manager, and forwarding rules to forward a copy of all received mail to him as well. Sending mail Blocked due to security reason: mail rated exceeding limits
As title says, I am blocked from sending any mail, either from web client or my IMAP client Thunderbird. Please let me know what needs to be done to make my account functional again. The only unusual thing is that I started using Thunderbird, but it seems unlikely this would be related, right?? I've also sent an email to support@zohomail.com thank you Steve.

Implement IMAP functionality to manage external email accounts.
POP is great but has issues when trying to keep everything in sync between what you see in Zoho and what you see in the actual account like gmail. I know there are settings to delete messages from the server when deleted on Zoho, but I believe gmail has issues with that. I prefer to manage my gmail accounts from Zoho because the interface has some nice features like column sorting - which is a glaring feature lacking in gmail in my opinion. Is IMAP on the roadmap for add-on email accounts? Thanks,

Can't Access zoho mail after adding AWS DNS as CNAME
I configured zoho mail with smartlarn.com successfully. It was working well but after adding AWS DNS to my domain where I hosted my web app, Mail service is not working. So I tried to verify again for MX Records, SFP, DKIM but can't verify. Then I deleted my domain from Zoho and added again but Can't verify. Please suggest how to add my domain. Hello, I have searched for outgoing mail limits in Zoho mail, but I have not succeeded to get a clear answer. After looking at different (old) posts I have read different limits, like 500 per organization or 200 x number of users. But I am not sure if they apply to WebMail, CRM, SMTP, or to all of them. So I would like to know daily limits for WebMail and SMTP for "free" and "paid" plans, and what happens when the limits are exceeded. Thanks a lot
Outgoing mail giving me 'incorrect password' error
I am able to receive email on my MacBook Pro, but cannot reply or send without receiving the password error. Is this an issue with two-factor authentication? If I create an Account Specific password for the laptop, will this affect my other devices and give me login errors for them? (iMac desktop and iPhone, both of which seem to be working)?

Hi, I started using recently Zoho Mail and It seems fantastic, I mean almost or the best out there. I don't understand why others repute is as bad. I started using Zoho Mail through IMAP and also through msync.zoho.com as Exchange account. The problem is that through Exchange all my mails are not synced on the iPhone. I have changed on the settings on the 1 week limit and selected as No limit which should then sync all the email. But most of my emails are not synced when I use as an Exchange account.

553 Relaying disallowed
I have an issue with my mails that are tied to the domain on this account. I can send mails to it from hotmail & outlook but yahoo and gmail won't work. On gmail I receive error 553. However, if I send a mail to them it works. From the tests it appears that I have correctly set up the MX records. Can you please tell me what is wrong? Thanks!
Forwarding domain I bought from Zoho to another website
I have no idea where to post this, so here goes. I bought a domain with Zoho and setup mail with it. But I want to forward that domain to another website? When I owned a domain with Google and with GoDaddy this was an easy thing to do. I can't even find anywhere to access my domains settings with Zoho. Any help appreciated. Should not have purchased a product with a company like Zoho who only has support Monday through Friday.
ZB Code & DKIM
Hi. I'm having problem setting up my domain (from GoDaddy) to use Zoho email. It said the MX and DKIM domain is not setup. I added both already in DNS manager of GoDaddy. Would ZB code expired?
