Hi, Having problem with some automatic emails my system sends to customers. One email gets sent instantly, the other email gets delayed by 30 minutes, both in same PHP script using same PHP mail() function mx.zohomail.com; spf=pass (zoho.com: domain of uk3.wpxhosting.com designates 185.5.172.158 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom=****@xx.com One gets permitted, which is the delayed one, and the one that doesn't get permitted is the instant one, like this mx.zohomail.com; spf=softfail (zoho.com: transitioning

Can't Receive eMail from Outlook Users
Prior to 3 months ago, we were able to receive email from @co.pg.md.us for at least the last 2 years. The users on @co.pg.md.us are Outlook users. They can receive email from HostedRecords.net but we can't receive email from them. This started 3 months ago. Can you please research this. Thanks

Email account blocked due to disk space
Guys I've been trying desperatly to get help on this. One of my main accounts have been blocked and deactivated because the account is using too much space. I have a 25GB space addon which I pay for every month and is all applied to this account. This 25GB is now no longer on my account for some reason, eventhough I paid for it already this month. Then I raised my walter.santos@mydomain.com account to super admin, but even though it's super admin I can't delete the admin account. Hi everyone, I have set up my Zoho account with IMAP on Outlook for Mac 365 and not all inbox emails have been downloaded but only up to a specific time or amount of emails. How can I have outlook download the rest of the emails on my inbox? Same applies for the sent folder too.

Unable to add external user to a group
I´ve created a public group within my Org for communications, with a general email address. However, I want to add an external user to that group, but I´m no able to do so. It should be sending an invitation for that user, but no email is being sent for that user (spam folder was already checked by the person who should be the recipient´s invitation.
