Good morning, we are unable to access zoho mail -it appears that service is down. Can you advise when this issue will be fixed?

Zoho mail desktop cannot see attachment of 28Jun 29Jun
Hi we found the zoho mail desktop (chrome) can disply attachment icon, but there is no attachement in the mail. Only 28/6 and 29/6 affected. It was fine on 27/6 and on 30/6. however, zoho app (android) can see the attachement. Could you fix those two days email attachment? Thanks. Charles

Two ZOHO mail qustions
Hello, 1. : Is it possible to have multiple emails open simultaneously? Sometimes I want to multi-task and work with more than one email at a time. 2. On signatures: I have have two signatures. How can I set one to be default? I am not sure how to set up ZOHO mail to automatically add a signature to: To new emails I am sending, at the bottom To emails I am responsing to, at the bottom of my message. Thanks. MG

I have been using Zoho mail as my main business email and I regularly send out emails with attachments but recently I have had issues with some people not receiving the emails I have been sending. I think my email account has been compromised I had several bounce mails appear in my inbox, and when I checked my sent box there were many mails in there that I definitely didn't send (they were even in a foreign language). My email account has been restricted and I cannot send outgoing mails. I have changed my password, and am now running a virus scan on my PC. I would be grateful if my email account could be un-blocked. Thanks.
Deleted Email Recovery
Hi there, I accidentally deleted my emails/folders from my "Trash" folder. I was unaware how to use the "Archive" functionality in Zoho, and had created a separate Archive folder, which I inadvertently deleted. If you could recover all of the items that were emptied from my Trash folder today (or just all of my deleted emails, if that's easier), that would be much appreciated!
