Hi, I am receiving the following error: bizcare@maxis.com.my, ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect. when I try to send an email to bizcare@maxis.com.my. May I know why I would receive this error? Previously I was able to send email to this email address. I have sent this using the web based zoho mail.

How to setup email address with a web application
I'm trying to setup an app using flask framework in python. I've been successful at setting it up with my personal email. I want to send it from my custom domain which is setup with Zoho. It's not allowing me to authenticate from the app. I have used the code below which I took from : https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-access.html I know there is a way to allow apps to email in google. Is there a way to do that using zoho. I did create an app password, but that didn't fix it either. Is there anyway

Problems with moving email
I am having intermittent issues with Zoho. Sometimes when I attempt to move email to folders, I will get a message stating that the email was moved successfully but the email doesn’t actually move. This occurs when using either method (drag and drop OR when actively in the email, using the move icon). Closing out of zoho and reopening helps sometimes but not always. Any ideas?

I have been trying to send emails but somehow someway I get an error telling me that an unusual activity has been detected please try again.
