Blocked Email Accounts
I sent emails to two clients. Neither client could write back to me other than once.. I can send emails: they cannot send me replies. This is a really ludicrous situation as it makes me question other emails that were blocked by ZOnho system. Yahoo does not have this problem and is free. I am paying money to block my email replies.
Ridiculously slow emails
Emails are coming ridiculously slowly to my account (5+ minutes) and I need absolutely need to receive them faster. What is going on? This is causing major problems.
Problems synchronizing mail with Windows 10 default client
Hi, the situation is annoying. I can send emails from under the Windows app, but I cannot receive them. The app says, that there's no new email. Could you please help? There's not a lot of place to configure mail in Windowsk, you just write down your address and pass and that's it. I use two factors authentication and app specific password - if it is relevant information.
Deleted Email
I deleted an important email that was accidentaly sent to my spam folder. Is there any way to recover the deleted email? This was about 5 minutes ago. Thanks in advance!

Zoho MAIL NOT WORKING
If ZOHO MAIL is experiencing problems kindly post it somewhere. I am trying to run a business and these outages are not helping at all. I was able to get my mail earlier today and Now when I attempt to log in or send mail from Outlook I am getting Domain NOT found Error. Can' log into portal same message their too. I was having issues logging into my Zoho Invoice App this morning too for some time...seems like some buggy servers or are you doing maintenance and not reporting iot ?

Email forwarding does't work if the incoming email triggers 2 filters
I create 2 filters in different conditions and forwarded to 2 different emails as an action. EEmail forwarding works when an email triggers 1 filter at a time. But email forwarding doesn't work when 1 email triggers these 2 filters.

Group Contacts
According to the user guide, we should be able to set up organisation contacts, personal contacts and group contacts. We have successfully set up organisation and personal contacts (and categorised them) but we can find no way of adding Group Contacts. We have two organisation groups, one of which has a subset of users for which we want to set up specific contacts. Can this be done and if so which part of the system needs to be accessed to do so? My email recruitment@assensio.ph is not receiving emails from a wordpress plugin i've setup. if you try and upload a pdf file, http://www.assensio.ph/join-us/ for file upload recruitment, it doesnt forward the email to recruitment@assensio.ph - however ive tired my other email ken@telmosolutions.com which is also using the zoho mail server can receive the email. Contacts / Address Book (within Zoho Mail) Issues
So a couple of things are driving me nuts about the way contacts are handled in Zoho Mail. The contacts are just a huge frigging list. Adding an A-Z filter would be a HUGE improvement (e.g. you click on A and only contacts that start with A are shown, and so on). Using search is fine if you're specifically looking for a certain contact. But trying to just do general maintenance on the contact list in its current state is nearly impossible. Inline "Smart" Event/Task - Anyway to Disable
When somebody sends me an email with the word "now" in it, ZOHO Mail is changing the simple text to an underlined link that adds an event/task creation window. Another example is somebody replying to my email where I said "my flight arrives 14 minutes before your flight", in the reply my "14 minutes before" text is changed to an underlined link. If the sender did not underline text then the text should not be underlined. It might be a nice feature if it was in the context menu of highlighted text

Warning! Unverified sender from emails I trust
Hi there, I receive emails from my family that are marked as Warning! Unverified sender We could not verify that the email was actually from email@?????.co.uk. Be cautious when opening any links/ attachments, if any, in this email How do I ensure these email are marked as safe. I can definitely prove they are ok but I do believe they are sent form Google Apps accounts.
Reminder date and time format
When I set the date and time format in the calendar preferences, it won´t effect the reminder´s date and time format. How can I change the formats in the reminder as well? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you, Attila

I am not getting any SPAM email at all. This is causing an issue for me as sometimes, I get legitimate emails going to SPAM. But since I am not getting any SPAM emails, I never receive those emails and have no way of knowing. Can anyone assist on how to get SPAM email to show up. Thanks in advance.

Can a Zoho email address be permanently diverted?

Not recieving mail past May 31st
I'm able to send mail just fine and I've sent them to a couple other accounts of mine but this account past may 31st is recieving no emails into my inbox.
