Locked out of admin account after removing Google email
Hi, I emailed support@zohomail.com over a week ago and got no response. I created a Zoho account with my Google account. Then I removed the Gmail account from the admin account. But now I'm not able to sign in to the admin account at all. The admin account is info@unboundmedia.ie The password isn't the same as my Google account for some reason, even though I logged in through my Google account. Ask Receipt on Mail App
My mobile app (ZOHO mail) started to send out mail receipt requests with every mail i send, and I cant change the default setting to "do not ask for receipt' . I can change it per mail, but it stays default 'on' pls help!
Cannot send email

Dual Delivery issue
Hello, I am using an VPS on which i have the old email server for my site. I have configured the MX records to point to zoho servers. Everything goes fine, I am able to receive/sent email to/from zoho. However, when I want to configure Dual Delivery by routing the emails to old mail server I received the following error "The destination you provided points to ZOHO MX, please change the destination to route emails." Please let me know how could I solve this issue. Thank you.
My account has been blocked
I noticed my Zoho account eclipsemail@zoho.com was blocked due to suspicious activity. I never did anything suspicious with the email. I'm assuming it was either a glitch or someone hacked my account. I have paid subscriptions I can't cancel without the email. Is there any way I can get my account back? ReplyForward
SORTING OPTIONS
I work for an accounting firm and we receive a massive amount of invoices from clients. Being able to sort them effectively saves a lot of time and I see no good way to sort them. the best I can do is by time but as this does not separate them in an effective manner for us. Are you still working on adding different sorting options to your platform? Like sorting by subject.

Forum topics all show "4 replies" in the summary list, regardless of the actual number
As shown in the attached screenshots, every forum topic in the list is showing as having "4 replies", regardless of whether it actually has 1 reply, 2 replies or any other number as shown when opening the topic. I've only just noticed this problem, and clearing my browser cache or using a different browser doesn't fix it, so I think it might be a glitch at Zoho's end. Cannot creat folders
Does anybody have the same issue? I´m not able to create a subfolder under "Sent". Inbox and my other subfolders I created under "Inbox" are prefilled in the popup menu, but when I write "Sent", it is not possible to save, so I cannot create a folder. Any help, please.. Thank you. Attila

When i insert multiple emails in to section. the recipient see all emails :( very bad. how i hide multiple emails. Display name of group alias
Hi, I would like to change the display name of one of the alias we are using. Each users have the access to info[@]orleac[.]fr.
