Upgrade to Mail Lite!
Hello. I have just upgraded to Mail Lite because my email was at 94% usage. But after I have upgraded my e-mail remained at the same quota of 5gb instead of 10gb. Can you please fix this? Thank you!

IMAP Migration
I have setup a user for IMAP migration and it successfully started but is still showing as in progress hours later - there is also no indication that the mailbox size is increasing. Is there any indication on how long an IMAP migration might take for a single user with circa 300Mb of emails?
Journal or Forward OUTGOING Mail??
I need to 'journal' my OUTGOING emails to an outside company for archiving purposes. I called customer service and they said it cannot be done. I'm asking here in hopes there is a workaround or maybe I didn't explain the issue clearly. I have set up archving for emails coming into me.
Can't login to Zoho Mail
Hello, Since Friday I am not able to access the Zoho Mail from the Web client. While I am accessing the https://mail.zoho.com/zm/ I see the "Loading... myemail@company.com" message and a "progress-bar" like widget from the Zoho icons rotates forever. Tried on different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) from different OSes without success. Mobile app works OK with the same credentials. Email Signature
I am trying to upload an image as an email signature....I am following all the steps but when I compose an email it is not there. Can someone please help with this? The image is a jpeg and is only 142kb. I have tried adding signature when composing the email but nothing appears. When I go back into the signature settings the image is there!

Distribution group email address
The way our emails are structured has just been changed from mailboxes to distribution groups. Previously, email accounts in Zoho were the mailboxes and then anyone who had access to the mailbox could work the email. This didn't not require them to have a personal email address. Cannot download some messages to Outlook
I have Outlook configured as a POP3 client. While away from home, I sent some emails from my phone email program, which is configured as an IMAP client. To make sure that they did not get lost, I moved them to the folder 'Save' and marked them all as unread. I can see all seven messages in this folder from both the Zoho web client and my phone client. In order to move these message to Outlook, I moved them to the Inbox folder. Newsletter mail notifications
I recently setup my email account with my own domain name and i am very pleased with all the available applications and possibilities. I am now on a free plan and using the zoho android app for mails on my phone. I have intelligent filters enabled and for now only Notifications and Newsletters. For every mail that arrives in those inboxes i recieve a push notification. I only want to recieve notifications from my primary inbox. Searched in the android notification settings and the app settings
Zoho Mail folder syncing issues
Hi, one of my users is getting hanging when using Outlook 365 (2016). They are using EAS to connect. Is this supported? Also, it appears that when using this on multiple devices, not all folders are syncing correctly, including missing folders (not showing on certain devices) and unread mail counts also not syncing. Limited functionality for POP accounts
In the course of time I have come across several limitations in functionality for POP accounts in Zoho-Mail. The latest limitation I have come across is that there is no email reminder option for POP mail accounts. Now, as I see it most people (especially Zoho-One accounts) come to z-Mail with existing mail accounts, obviously. This means that most of your users will not benefit from the full set of features that z-Mail could offer. I strongly suggest to make this feature and all features available

Hi, I recently switched my web host from HostGator to GitHub pages. That being said, I had to re-add the MX records and SPF records to my domain registrar, Rebel.ca. However, it is apparently not successful and emails cannot be sent nor received successfully. What should I do to fix this? Thanks.
