SPF protection at ZoHo not working correctly
I’ve configured SPF on my domain to allow incoming email from 3 domains only. The SPF record is ending with -all. With this said I receive spam email messages with my spoofed email address. For instance yesterday from host 200-4-83-129.hacienda.gob.mx but also from other hosts not in the SPF configutstion with my email address as sender address. Please fix the issue with failing incoming SPF and DKIM spam messages.

Best practise, best way to set up mail for staff.
I have a team of staff: 2 admin staff, 6 sales staff and 1 manager. Which is the best way to set up configure zoho mail so that: 1) When one of my staff is sick, others can check their emails. 2) All admin related emails get delivered to one email address (like when you make a group) but the emails don't sit in your inbox and get your inbox all cluttered up. 3) When a staff member leaves, how do you keep their email history so it is visible to other staff members that might need to go back and check
SPF record
Hi, In my Zohomail I have a message regarding the bad configuration of the SPF record. I have this problem since I ask my hosting provider for changing the web pointed record. First I was using: v=spf1 include:spf.dominioabsoluto.net include:zoho.com ~all and now Zoho recommend to use: v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all but none of them is working. What should I do? I want to delete my account but I keep getting sent in circles to pages with nothing. I have read all of the 'Cancel my Account' pages and tried everything but still there are no options. This is the message I get: You are an administrator of your organization : "xxxxxx" You should cancel your organization from Business, before closing your account. I go to business and it sends me to the set-up page. I want to do the opposite! There are no options. How do I cancel this stupid account?

Recovery of deleted group emails data
Hi, I have deleted my group yesterday (appgreengo.com), due to migration to a different domain. Is it possible to recover the emails and contacts from it to my new group, joompin.pl? I know it's reckless of me not to notify my coworkers that I'm doing it; humbly asking for some help. Hello, Recently, I had to disable a few accounts in our account and we are ready to re-enable them. However I can only do so partially, as I can turn the accounts back on, but incoming and IMAP access remains disabled. Hi there. Having problem to use the archive folder link under ZOHO MAIL. Before was working properly, since all the folders were already listed in a expanded way. Now i need to click to expand the following subfolders over each folder that i want to archive to. Is being quite annoying since by mistake, many times, archives into wrong folders. Mail not syncing between web and phone.

Misleading "Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain" error
When I navigate to the Mail Administration section in the Control Panel, I see the error: "Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain(s). Please enable it in your Control panel to receive emails in Zoho." But I did enable the domain! The "Domains" section of the Control Panel, shows that everything is set up correctly (except DKIM). I can correctly receive and send emails using the domain. Please advise!

Why shared (delegated) calendars do not appear in OS X ?
Bonjour, We, in our organization, shared (delegation mode) calendars between us. I could add my calendar in OS X Calendar app (following this link https://www.zoho.com/calendar/help/caldav-sync-zoho-calendar.html). The problem is the calendars i can modify in Zoho (because of the delegation) do not appear in Calendar app ! (See the screenshot of my Calendar Preferences panel in OS X).
