Email goes directly to Archive folder
I noticed...well I didn't notice for quite a while....that my incoming email is going directly into the "Archive" folder. Why? Thanks.

Zoho SAML not working
Hi, I am trying to set up SAML for Zoho mail. I am using ADFS 3.0 as a backend on our side. When a user goes to the SSO url, the user gets redirected to our ADFS server, gets authenticated and then gets redirected back to Zoho. The last step is where it goes wrong. emails sent to an Iphone cannot reply using the default iphone app
Hi we are sending emails out using our zoho account and if a customer has an iphone and tries to reply (using the default mail app) it bombs out. If you send it to a gmail app then replys no problem is this a known issue and is there a fix for it? Regards Stuart
Remove a contact from a category / Move category
2 Problems. 1) In my email contacts I have a number of categories. The categories were automatically placed under the "Personal" folder, but I need to move them all to their own category without being a subfolder. How do I move them? 2) How do I remove a contact from a category without removing the contact altogether? When I am viewing a category, select a contact and click the trash can, it tries to remove the contact entirely.

We're having a new domains where zoho is mail server, and we're experiencing very slow mail delivery (SMTP) > 2 min for at regular mail < 50 kb. And often 2-4 min for a mail ~1.5 mb. We're on a 1gb/1gb fiber. Whats the problem, and how to solve, it's not acceptable. //Hasse

I did anything I had to do for it to work, and the I wrote two emails to myself, on another zoho email adress of mine... And I haven't been warned at all.. Not any desktop popup...
