emails not being forwarded to gmail account when sent from wordpress/woocommerce
I think this might be dues to the fact that the emails are being flagged in zoho as spam. I am then unflagging them as spam and they are then being flagged as notifications and then i need to move them to the inbox How to i add my IP or email adrress as nott to be flagged as spam? I am hosting with Digital Ocean

smtp timeout when sending big files
hello, i am using zoho mail from outlook and when i send an e-mail with a big attachment (more than 5MB) I receive an error regarding smtp timeout. I can send the same file from webmail without problem. Also I can send smaller attachments from outlook without problems. My upload speed is a bit slow (about 700kbps) but should work

I tried login into my mail thru the custom login url but it seems Zoho removed branding from the login and redirects to a generic login, that sucks! is this temporary thing or is it the new login because i hate it already.

Hi, I received an email said that my zoho email account and personal OS device has been hacked. The strangest thing is this email that I received was from my zoho email account. This is odd! They are asking for money to fix this otherwise they will share my personal contents to all contacts in my phone book. Does anyone get this email? I hope this is a scam! I've made a mistake and I set the administrator email to administrator@mydomain.co.il and i want it to be office@mydomain.co.il how may i change it? I have 5 users limit, I can't use that email unless I'll change it to office. should I delete all mydomain account or there is a way to just change the super administrator email? Takes a long time to receive emails
Hi, It is taking a long time to receive emails. I have tried sending emails from gmail to my zoho account(s) and it took 30 min to an hour before the email will appear in the inbox. Can someone take a look and see what's going on? Regards, Allen

Hi, When someone is trying to send emails to empower{at}alpashah.in it gives the error as DOMAIN_NOT_RESOLVED Few of the emails get through, also I keep getting the prompt that my mx is not configured correctly, it is created and visible when checked through a third party website. Assigning Tasks to external user
Hello, I want to assign task to one of my user and send a notification to the personnel on zoho as well as their personal email. How can I achieve the same? I am on the free mail plan. i have created an id for the user within the free plan and assigning the the task to them. But since I am on a free plan mail forwarding is not possible and aliases of external domains are not allowed as well. Any suggestions for a workaround? Thanks, Anand
