Archived messages disappearing
Hey Guys Just testing my zoho account prior to going live and noticed that when I archive messages they disappear. They do not appear in the archive folder as they should and indeed as messages did when we opened the account last month. I can see the earlier archived messages but not the ones archived today. Are the zoho servers having issues? Does this happen often? We were going to use zoho for customer support but having second thoughts now. Thanks!

I am a member of a camera club and we use zoho mail. We have two groups set up to receive emails. One group is members and the other group is for the steering committee. I am attempting to add a new person to the steering committee email list. When he gets the email to authenticate, he clicks on the link and is asked to put a password in and it displays his email as the user name. Hello people, I have been searching for a solution but could not find an actionable plan. I've got my domain aprods.com from another hosting company. I am using this domain for zoho mail (info@aprods.com and import@aprods.com). My aprods.com hosting got cancelled and because of that I was not able to receive messages in my import@aprods.com zoho email account. I was only able to send messages. Lost ability for Apple Mail to download my emails
Today I enabled 2 factor identification and changed my password. I'm not sure which change caused it, but immediately Apple Mail gave the message "Cann't connect to account "(my account name)". I have the domain as www.hexagentech.com I have created the email as suresh.reddy@hexagentech.com on zoho Now I lost that email access 100%. Somebody intentionally did that I am unable to open that account anymore. Now I want to delete the emails associated with that domain completely and need to setup new email accounts. Emails sent to my address with domain @chira.ga are working fine but when I receive a mail at my @Chira.gA domain, I get the following message from google. DKIM Record - What is the bit length generated?
Came across a few articles similar to this one where it explains that 512-bit DKIM keys can be cracked: https://wordtothewise.com/2012/11/how-long-is-your-dkim-key/ Just wondering how we can tell what the bit-length is of the DKIM records generated in zoho; and if they are 512-bit is there any way to generate a 1024 bit? Can we generate DKIM elsewhere and save them to a domain under 'Email Authentication' in the control panel? Thanks
