I created 4 email addresses and they are working properly. im having requirement to create email address as "support@winmacz.info" for my organization support centre. when i create user as support and email as support@winmacz.info it is always prompting up an error as, given email ID already exists. but there is no such email address actually in my user list. after getting this error, username is created in users list without email address. Get Undelivered emails via API
Ahoi there My website sends emails via the Zoho's SMTP from my email account and when they're undelivered I see them flagged with a red exclamation mark in the "Sent" box. This has caused me today some bounces that disabled my account for a few minutes. I want to track these messages with the api and temporarly block from sending emails to them and show a warning to the user - is that possible via the api to get a list of undelivered emails? Hi, Using basic membership I have setup 11 domains of mine so far. I use these alias emails in Gmail account, when I send an email from one at times I get reply at different address which is not related at all. 3rd party email clients not working after SPF and DKIM setup
I have configured my SPF and DKIM settings for my account on the DNS settings at GoDaddy, and verified the DKIM on dkimcore.org. I have used the shortened version of the public key, "zoho._domainkey" per the instructions. After verifying everything, all my email clients ( Outlook, MailBird, and Bluemail ) had error messages. Catchall Not Working Like It Used To
Hey Guys, So today I ran into an issue I've never seen before. I purchased a new domain, and set it up as an add-on to my account as per usual. Everything is set up correctly, and working fine, but when I try to add a catchall I'm not being given the option to choose an email address that's NOT my primary domain email.
