IMAP doesn't seem to be working with Microsoft Outlook
I have added the following settings as per the page. https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html However, after multiple tries, I keep getting this error message for both the SMTP and the IMAP, and I get this error. Your email server rejected your login My email address is gladwyn@whalesandshrimps.com, and yes the IMAP and POP services, including ActiveSync are all updated.

Hi, I am trying to setup an autoresponder for a dead drop email. Basically - you can email in your work to this email address and it replies to show it was received. Of course in that email is proof of receipt and time and date stamp. I setup an out of office reply but it seems that it is smartly configured to only send one out of office reply a day. So multiple work assignments can not be sent in one day? Any hints or other work around ideas appreciated. Thanks,

How do I Import email zips to multiple accounts through mail.admin
Long story short... Moving from zoho.com server to zoho.eu Have 4 different zip files for four different users. Want to use mailadmin to allocate the zips to each account without having to go into each user account and import. Must be a way of doing this as Zoho are pitching themselves to big companies.
Linked Account Won't "Unlink"
It looks like I somehow linked my Zoho email and yahoo email (don't exactly remember doing this), but I can't unlink the accounts. In the Zoho email settings it shows "no accounts linked", but my Zoho inbox is still flooded with email from my yahoo account. Additionally, when I sign in to Zoho and the page is loading, it's showing my yahoo email. How do I get these unlinked? The yahoo account gets nothing but pure spam and it's junking up my Zoho inbox.

Hi, I have Zoho Recruit and recently signed up for Zoho One to take advantage of the additional apps. Mail question: Current set up is: Godaddy - IMAP - Outlook. I want to capture all inbound and outbound emails in Zoho Recruit so I can view them quickly when I am on the phone with clients and candidates. Currently I toggle bewtteen Outlook and Zoho Recruit. When I set up Zoho Mail do you recommend I: Godaddy - IMAP - Outlook - IMAP - Zoho Mail or Godaddy - IMAP - Zoho Recruit?

Hello, I recently changed my hosting provider. I add the fields txt, spf and mx in the DNS zone (new provider: hostinger), but I can not add CNAME code because I do not see it in the control panel. Too much spam! Is there a way of filtering spam by subject into a separate folder?
I like to check through my spam folder occasionally, for genuine emails that have been incorrectly marked as spam. Now, I am getting so many spam emails that checking the spam folder is not practical. I am getting as many as 200 each day from fraudulent dating/porn sites. These usually include the words “hookup” or “f***buddy” in the subject line, and are all from different domains. Is there a way of filtering spam emails that include these words in their subject line into a separate folder ?
Unable to point to AWS Route 53 Domain
My Domain is www.ygcbharat.org purchased from Godaddy but at present managed by AWS Route 53. Before 14 hours, i have added MX Records, SPF and DKIM to AWS Route 53 domain settings. Zoho ONE confusion
I'm really confused by Mail. I signed up for ONE, for my company, CATI. We have email though GoDaddy and Outlook. When I opened mail for the 1st time it had me create a new email with the same domain as my godaddy emails (livecati.com) will all my employees get ANOTHER free email with Zoho One? Can we migrate everything over if we choose?
