Outgoing emails - Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.
We recently set up Zoho to try it out, and today we sent an email to all of our customers to advise them of our new email address. unfortunately we didn't realise there was a recipient limit on the outgoing email server, so outgoing has been blocked for one user, and when admin logs in and tries to unblock it we get the error Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. What do we need to do to rectify this ?

I tried to convert my email back from business email not realizing that it would mean the loss of the domain name after the @. As so all of my mail got deleted and whenever I send mail it shows up as <bunchofnumbers>_<userId>@zoho.com How can I fix this?

i've juste created a free personal email account on zoho when i go to settings, i enable imap, it says "your changed updated successfully". then i go back to mail view, then i go back to settings and the imap is disabled. so i don't manage to keep it enabled, and my mac mail client doesn't manage to connect. please help. thnaks.

Logo doesn't show in my emails send by my desktop computer
Hi there, apparently I've turned of the feature that shows pics or at least in my logo in my signature at some point. I wanted to forward a sent email and have that shown without the arrows in the beginning of the line. Either way, I'd like to turn that back on. Currently my logo shows when I send emails through the mobile app, but not when send through the web based browser version. Can you tell me how to make the logo show again please? Thank you! Kerstin
Why have i lost half my Inbox Sub Folders?
Hi, I am trying to find out why & how to recover my Inbox Sub Folders? I have lost them from H onwards, on my Desktop Zoho mail? I have them all still there on my iPhone Zoho App? Business Plan Not Working in Outlook
This current account's single user business account (free) does not work when trying to set it up in Outlook (cannot access POP/IMAP details). However another of my previous accounts also had a domain and was a free business account but worked with outlook.

Hello, In my inbox, communications from "no-reply@nsdl.co.in" have landed in the spam folder and got deleted automatically after 30 days. The emails contained important communication. By the time I identified the issues - the emails belonging to months December 2017 - April 2018 was already deleted. With this new, enlightened zoho format, I don't seem to be able to find an icon, or button or whatever, that simply says "Write" or "Compose". How do I go about composing and sending an email (not a reply). I have tried selecting all the icons I could find (or see) on the new site, but have not so far been able to find anything that enables this basic function. Any help appreciated.
