Not Receiving Emails
Hello Zoho I have joined your service yesterday. Followed your different guides. I can now send emails but not recieve them. The MX record / DNS settings are okay. Could you please advice? Cheers Thor.
Mail forward failure 'No such recipient here'
Hi there, I sometimes have the following forwarding failure. It is not occurring every forward. I don't know what is causing this failure. Could maybe someone have a look and let me know so I can dive in further? I can't verify my SPF Status for my domain
Hello I followed all steps you provided to configure and verify my SPF Status for my domain "benchmarkeg.com" But still failed to verify it It show this message "We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 minutes for the changes to propagate and try again."

Trying to register a domain and i get this error. I've tried creating different account but no luck. Why does this happen and can i do something different to l avoid it in the future?

Email Spam Control not working
Why is it that there is provision to enter individual emails in the spam control settings in control panel, and this is documented in the help pages, but this feature is actually not implemented? The whole domain has to be whitelisted, which is not helpful for gmail or 163 emails. What other features in Zoho are advertised and documented but not actually working?
Email not forwarded after "mark as non-spam"
Hi, I have email forwarding set up and it's working fine. Some of the mail that end up in spam are not spam, so I mark them as non-spam. Those mails, however, are not being forwarded after marking them as non-spam. Why? For my email (recruitment[at]collegecloutshop[dot]com) I can send emails but cannot receive them. Is there some way to fix this? I am not sure how to go about fixing this issue. Thanks.
ActiveSync not displaying all emails
I have several email accounts setup on my android phone using activesync connection but it won't display old emails (only those that have arrived since I configured my mail client). I desperately need to have access to all of my emails (I have removed the limit in the email client so there is no issue on the client side) - is there any way to allow all emails to be synced to the device, regardless of age as I much prefer being able to use activesync rather than having to switch back to imap?

Some contact groups not appearing in auto-fill
I've added a number of contact groups as per https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/contacts.html#alink8 Only the first contact group category I added appears via autofill when composing an email. Any clues?

Hi, I created an account in zoho mail for one customer under domain "demandatulesion.com". They lost the password for superadmin user and they need to recover this asap. Can you help me with this problem?. The account name is admin@demandatulesion.com. Thank you for your help. All my mail messages get marked as SPAM
Las thursday my hosting provider went down for 24 hours. After the crash all my mail messages started appearing in the Spam folder. Today in the morning I deleted and created and verified the DKIM and SPF TXT records on my DNS. I sent myself a message to a Gmail account to check the original message. I got a SOFTFAIL report on SPF and Fail with DKIM. What can I do?

Hello! When I initially set things up, it looked like SPF and DKIM were working. I got e-mails just fine and they'd mostly get through where I wanted them to go when I sent them. Standard vs Free
If I bought standard plan for my main account, can I still use free accounts for my domain and additional domains I add? I want to add an additional domain to my account but it says I have to upgrade. Is it possible to only upgrade my account, add a new domain and use that domain with free users?
Recover email ID
I created an email account a while ago with the intention of making it my main account but I left it for ages. I have forgotten my email ID and so cannot log in, although I have managed to reset my password because I linked the account with my mobile number. Is there a way to do this? I would be happy to start a new email account but I already have my mobile linked to this one! Thanks

Hello, I tried to set up Zoho Mail so that I could also receive emails in one of the apps on my phone. However, I seem to have changed something which has made it so that I'm no longer receiving emails. Are you please able to see what has been changed and kindly change it back to the previous settings so that I can receive emails? I should note that I did this last September, just in case this helps when finding the exact change that was made. Thank you very much for your help.

I have ActiveSync setup on my android device. I am using the gmail app to manage the email. I am receiving emails OK, however when I try to send an email it is slow then simply says 'queued'. The message is not delivered. I have looked at the settings and cannot see any way to correct this?

Cannot enable Push / Active Sync
Hi, I created an email account at zoho.com. Now I want to configure my Android device for Active Sync. (Syncing via IMAP works.) I am not able to enable Push for my Zoho account. I tried it here: Zoho Mail >> Control Panel >> User Details >> "My account name">> Mail Accounts tab. I am not able to switch to Mail Accounts tab. There pops up a message: "To access mail account, enable mail hosting for atleast one domain." But I cannot add the domain, I am not the owner of it. Thanks.

Gmail emails are not received
Hello dear friends, I have verified that I can not currently receive emails from gmail. I have tested with hotmail and sending and receiving work properly.
