IMAP Settings not seen
I just got a free email under a custom domain - but under settings i do not see any settings to enable IMAP - and does not log in with the settings in Apple Mail as is.

Zoho Mail Account Inactive
After deleting my main zoho account. I reactivated it but when I was creating my alahemalahe@zoho.com mail, the response was username already exist. I tried to log in but the response was email is inactive. Now my question is how do I activate my account because I want to use the same user name. Please help me.
Mail Filters with Custom Functions
Hi, I'm trying to set up some custom function based email filters, but the documentation seems a little incomplete and the error messages given by the editor are often not very useful. Some things I've noticed: the auto complete popup is often cut off. arguments to some functions that show up in the popup aren't documented. Unsure what email headers are exposed in the message details. There's no good way to test or debug a filter. sender and from appear to be reserved words, so you can't use them

Can receive e-mails through Thunderbird but not send them

Cannot send email to mx.zoho server despite valid DMARC
Hello, My emails get rejected from multiple domains using mx.zoho.com e.g. 550 5.7.1 Email rejected per DMARC policy for like.co The domains I sent from (@like.co, @oice.com) have valid DMARC + SPF/DKIM policy, set to p=reject. CC to other @gmail address passed DMARC checking, so it seems not to be our DMARC problem nor the email has invalid DKIM. Is it a misconfigure on zoho MX or the receiver's side? I am not familiar with how does zoho mail work. Problematic domains include info@icoholder.com`
Import emails from Gmail
Hello, I am trying to import 500Mb emails from Gmail. Emails are .eml files extracted with Gmail backup. I split these 500Mb emails in .zip files less than 50Mb. So I have 10 .zip to import. 3 first .zip files were imported correctly in a zoho folder named "Gmail". When I try other files there are no imported email anymore. Is there a size limit in importing files? Maybe ... I there some contents in .eml files which could stop importing process? I dont think so ... Please help me. Zoho is better

not all emails showing for linked pop account
Hi I recently linked a second Zoho account to the view of my main account, so I could toggle between the two easily. Great feature, but it seems that emails only until 19th of Dec 2017 have loaded onto the added account view. I've logged into the added account separately to ensure there are more recent emails that should be visible. Can you please advise on this? Thanks

Search messages for embedded pictures
My customers keep sending pictures embedded in emails instead of as an attachment. If I need to find the pictures later it involves scanning each message one by one. Is there a way to search for messages that contain embedded images? These are retail customers so there is no training them to just attach the images, which are easy to search for.
Unable to configure my email address with POP in Outlook
I am able to configure my email address in outlook using IMAP, however, using the same credentials I am unable to configure it using POP. I have used the correct server names and ports and everything.

IMAP access for free accounts (grandfathered?)
It seems IMAP access was turned off recently for new accounts in the Free tier. I understand why you had to do it, but my question is if it has also been turned off for ALL free accounts or just new ones? I've had an account for 10 months now and it works great, but it would suck if I suddenly could not use IMAP. Thanks.

Mail Account Not Active after adding recovery email.
Hi, I have emailed zohomail.com hours ago. No update yet. I am hoping posting here will help. Not sure why, but I logged in, I was prompted to add recovery email (i already had one) so I guess system wanted two. So I did. After that logged out and then tried logging back in but my Account went Inactive, cannot use mail app/zoho email. Later on my Account got disabled. Now I was able to login in trying to post here on the help forum but mail still doesn't work. Please help! This is my business email.
