Changing Phone # to Primary?
Hi, I had two zoho accounts for different domains, each with a different and valid phone number for verification. I have since deleted one of the accounts completely. I then added the second phone number to the first account, which worked fine. However, when I try to switch the account to use the newly added number as primary it gives me the error message that the number is used in another account. I've sent multiple emails to support over the last week, but have not heard back on a single one. I

I just spent a days work migrating all my users to Zoho only to find out that IMAP/POP is not in Free tier. How do you expect users to at all use Zoho mail without a client? Ever heard of change management?

There is no Add User button

I have setup the email account of my domain slgeneration.com in my zoho. I did add the CNAME and setup the MXRecords. Multiple Filter Forwardings Seem Only Working for the First One
Hello, I've configured three filter forwardings for my mails but it seems like only the first mail address received them. I'm sure I did not check the "Do not process other filters." option. BTW, the email forwarding in "Mail Account" section is always working.

Cannot find old mails
Hi, I am trying to search for certain emails which are a year or more old. However, scrolling down the search results stops after less than an year old mails i.e. the oldest mail I see is like 9-10 months old. Can you please take a look at the earliest as some of these emails had important information for me? For example, I am pretty sure I had mails with the word "starbucks" in them more than a year back. Apple Mail client authentication error
My Mail app running on an iMac was working okay but now has an authentication error that prevents it connecting. The error message is 'Unable to verify account name or password'. I have checked all the settings (which were unchanged) and also deleted and reset up the account details but keep getting this message. I can connect to the mailbox successfully using the same credentials on my iPhone.

IMAP is very slow
Since we switched to ZOHO I experience quite terrible times with IMAP - quite often notifcations about new mail are not instant and are delayed by tens of minutes! It kinda looks like Zoho IMAP doesn't support IMAP Push - is that the case?

Hi all, I got a problem with the signature of my mail that is not working on mobile app. When I use from desktop is ok but when I try on mobile app doesn't work. Unable to add a user mailbox
Hi I have a 5 user account, with the users listed in the 'User Details' part and also in the 'Mail Accounts' area in the admin control panel. In the mail accounts area, I have 2 accounts which are highlighted in dark orange saying I should create a MailBox. When I try, it says I have exceeded my user license.. But I only have 3 listed mail accounts there as 2 of them are in orange and dont have them. Can you help fix please asap - this is seriously impacting our migation to Zoho Mail. Thanks
