List mails from sender
When reviewing a folder: 1. Right clicking on the "From" part of the list one of the options is: "List mails from sender" 2. Selecting this option returns: "No messages matched your Search" This is despite looking at several emails from the same person/company on the first page alone. This option seems to work in the "Inbox" but not in the Folders. Is there a problem with my setup or is this a software issue in the process of being update or ? Please let me know since this valuable feature facilitates

Ability to attach documents/voice messages/emails to the CRM that are not from the client.
If I get a an attached document that is sent from or forward from another email address I have no way from the email to attach it to a specific CRM record. I have to download the document to my desktop / then I have to go the the CRM and attach it that way. It would be much easier to take it form the Zoho Mail and click to attached directly from mail to the CRM. Unread mail in sent folder
Hi, In Zoho Mail it says I have 8 unread messages in the sent folder. If I right click, the option to mark the Sent folder Read is greyed out / unselectable. I can not filter mail by read/unread in the sent folder (no option for that) If I search only Unread mail in the sent folder the results include Read mail items. It seems like its impossible to mark these Unread mail as read, or even to find them in the sent folder. Is there some thing I am missing here? BTW I am using the old version of Zoho

Consolidation of mails based on subject.
Hi Team, I need a clarification on the the View of mails in my Inbox. Mails that are related to one particular subject gets sorted/combined and the view is like a single mail. To find the latest conversation on that subject, We need to click on the mail in the list and have to find the latest. I do not want this to happen in this way, instead need the latest mail on top of the inbox and no need to have a consolidation based on subject. Is there a way to do that, Please let me know. User blocked due to using all storage now unable to delete emails
One of our users have used all 5 GB of storage on their account causing incoming and outgoing to be blocked. Using the web interface (mail.zoho.com) no longer works as the error "Unable to connect to messaging server" is being displayed. How can we delete emails to clear up space on the account?
