ZOHO on US Government blacklist? ZOHO doesn't care?
At the bottom of this post is a list of discussion threads by people who - like me - can't send email to United States Department of Defense email addresses from ZOHO's servers. The most common problem seems to be a ResponseCode 421, Host not reachable error, which suggests that ZOHO's servers are on a blacklist. hi, i am creating a new business, Promethean Intelligent Enterprises and i would like to create email addresses under it, to give your service a try. however it seems i cannot do so, is it impossible through your service? should i find other email hosting or am i doing something wrong? i added the 3 mx records to the freenom dns, i parked the domain to x10 hosting where i will be attempting to build my website is your service not allowing this?
Chainging hosting provider
After changing hosting provider we don't receive any more mails from new hosting like cron jobs reports. If we choose gmail account for destination everything is ok but for zoho accounts it is refused by Zoho like spam

Problem with DKIM setting
I purchase my domain from namecheap.com and i followed all the steps on this page https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9758/2208/how-to-set-up-zoho-email-for-my-domain But i keep getting this message: The DKIM entries are not configured to match with Zoho for the following domain: woonova.com it has been more than 2 hours, so i guess something not right. Hi, I have recently upgraded my Zoho Mail account because I would like to add a domain to my Zoho email, and also add a new email address. Currently my email is hello@anitabrown3d.com which is for a different website. I would like another email address hello@sketchuphub.com for my other domain. Can you please advise how I do this? Add App
In the bottom of the left side of (old) zoho mail there is a section called "add app". I added a few URLs but they don't do anything so I'd like to remove them. There seems to be no way to get them off the side panel. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Hello, Our user's ( busra@eyuboglubuyukatak.av.tr ) mail account has been blocked by system due to storage usage. We cleared 25 % of the storage but system still doesn't allow us to send/receive e-mails. It is very important for us so please help us as soon as possible.
Outlook suddenly can't connect to IMAP server
My Zoho mail suddenly stopped working in Outlook 2010. It was working fine until yesterday. I've tried resetting it and even opening the firewall. But I can no longer connect. How can I fix this? Thanks, Sandra

don't seem to be recieving all of my emails.
I do get some but some don't show up. I am pretty sure about this because all of my emails get copied/forwarded to my other email and I get some in there but they don't show up here. not sure what is going on, I am pretty sure my MX records are right but I am nowhere near an expert in all of this stuff.

Hi, I set up the MX Records on Namecheap yesterday. However, on Zoho Mail it still says that "The MX Records of your domain(s) thebrnx.com are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho." I have spent much time to integrate my Godaddy domain manager with Zoho Mail. I need to use Zoho Mail because my hosting mail service sucks. I have good experience integrate my domain with Zoho Mail when I used Domain.com. But Godaddy is a big trouble. I need some helps. Here is the situation: 1. My domain is Arkademi.com. Encryption Error Zoho/Outlook 2016
Since approximately 9am on Friday 11/17/17, Zoho and Outlook 2016 no longer sync. I cannot receive or send emails through Outlook. I keep receiving encryption errors stating that Outlook cannot synchronize, that there is an encryption problem, and SMTP problem, etc. My IT support has investigated every possibility on our end to no avail. 553 Relaying Disallowed from NodeBB install
Hello, I am having some difficulty with receiving a relay disallowed when trying to send email with Zoho mail through smtp on NodeBB. Other posts seem to suggest that it's something that the moderation/administration needs to enable for my account? The emails are attempting to be sent from a subdomain, forums.sircles.com. Interestingly enough, I don't seem to receive this error when using the same protocol information from a Node app running on the same server.

Using Outlook or Apple Mail as Clients
I have set up a new free account. I have gone in and enabled IMAP for the account and tried to set up both Outlook (Office 365, on Mac) and Apple Mail, following instructions. The only "variable" part is whether incoming should be imap.zoho.com or imappro.zoho.com .... I have tried both but neither seems to work The email account itself is working as I can send to and from it on web browser Any thoughts as to what I may not have done correctly .. or to check ?
