French Spam
I'm getting a ton of spam in French that the spam filter does not seem to catch. I've been marking these as spam for weeks and the spam filter doesn't seem to get any smarter. Can anything be done?

Sudden massive increase in mailbox size
Overnight the used capacity of my Zoho mailbox (robert@robertuhlig.com) has leaped to nearly 30GB – six times my limit of 5GB, which I was far from reaching in the first place. I became aware of this after repeated emailed warnings from you that my mail account would be frozen if I did not correct things. I have since deleted the vast majority of my emails, but it has reduced in size to 'only' 28.22GB. Clearly something is wrong with your data management. Could you please fix it? Many thanks and

Long Delays to Send and Receive Emails
It's taking several hours for me to receive emails in my zoho email and for emails I send to show up in inboxes for others. What can I do to speed it up?

Configuring Jenkins send mails using zoho mail smtp server
Hi I'm trying to configure Jenkins to use zoho smtp server to send emails. It works fine if I use my gmail smtp server but it doesn't work with zoho mail. Hi There, My Administrator can't seem to help out with this and he is exceptionally busy on other tasks. Our Company email has been down for the better of 3 weeks off and on. We can receive and send from one of the cell phones but all of the outlookbased email programs receive the above error and there are important messages sitting in outbox for almost a week again. Unable to delete tasks posted to different user within MAIL
I have 2 tasks that show as belonging to a different user but created by me. I am unable to change the status, edit or delete these tasks as the system comes back to me with an error message "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later" which of course produces the same result when I do try later... I have no idea how to clear these tasks from my task list

sending email blocked and no response from support
Any ideas how to resolve this issue. My email must have been hacked and sent 4 spam emails. We that issue right away however my outgoing mail has been blocked by zoho. Not receiving E-mails with the second user
hi, i have a user/super user account for my website buhbaneswarlive.com as ashish.mahapatra@bhubaneswarlive.com. This account is able to receive and send e-mails perfectly. Today i created another user with e-mail id hello@bhubaneswarlive.com. With this e-mail id i am able to send mails.But i am not receiving any mails to this account when i try from the first user or my-gmail account. What can i do to solve this issue? Error 5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain
My Energy provider (Octopus Energy in the UK) can't send messages to me, they get rejected with error message "5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain". Their IP address used for customer service emails is 167.89.86.172. Can you please make sure emails from octopus.energy or from that IP address do not get rejected anymore. They are not spam! Unable to connect SMTP server
I have linked my my Yahoo mail to my Zoho account. I never had any issues with SMTP until recently. Now when logged in to Zoho and trying to send Yahoo mail, I frequently get the following error: “Unable to connect SMTP server:plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com Reason: Authenication failed: 535 5.7.0 (#MBR1213) Please verify your account by going to https://login.yahoo.com” Sometimes going to https://login.yahoo.com clears the issue, but the last month or so it rarely clears the issue.
