553 relaying with 1and1
Hello, I have changed my MX records setting in 1and1 - however I am unable to send emails and receive mx.zoho.eu gave this error:Remote server returned an error -> 553 Relaying disallowed as an error message. Additionally, everytime I log into Zoho Mail, I have a notification telling me my MX records are not directed to Zoho.eu when it is. Please advise. Thanks!

IMAP protocol problem
Mozilla Thunderbird ceased to have new letters on the IMAP protocol. The letters are received only when the program is started, then manually receiving mail and automatic does not accept mail. Not able to receive email
Hello, I have configured rootpai.com domain with Zoho and created 3 email account's (admin, ankitagarwal and ankitmathur) but I am not able to receive email's in any one of them. I purchased my domain from goDaddy and configured Zoho MX in Domain DNS settings. I also enabled IMAP for admin and ankitagarwal user's. Kindly help as soon as possible. Regards Ankit

Why the email says 20mb when its not bigger than 15mb
When I see in my inbox it says it has 20mb of use, but when I open it it just has 15mb max, why is this happening?

Zoho can't receive mail send via a php from from a server with wordpress installed. gmail and other domains receive the emails but Zoho mail does not. any help would be appreciated.
Error messages when setting up Zoho in Outlook
Each time I try to set up any of my user email accounts in outlook, I get the attached error message. " [authenticationfailed] Invalid Credentials (failure)" I am using the exact same password I use to log into webmail, and have tried with each of the email addresses associated with my account, and triple checked the IMAP settings. Anyone know what is going wrong?

Hi everybody, Since today, some email accounts I have configured in old Outlooks (2003 / 2007) stopped sending emails with error 0x800CCC1A - your server does not support the encryption type you have specified. Nothing was changed on these configurations, and all at once stopped working. Any ideas?
How to find my C Name record?
I accidentally deleted my C record from the DNS settings for my domain. My email is working fine but I need to re input it so i don't have issues further down the line. I have read the help pages on verifying my account but they don't give the specific record I need to add for my account (The C Name is blanked out with stars) How do I retrieve the C Name record for my own account?
