Answering a forward email
I have 2 emails. To receive all in the same email box, I make a forwarding. For example: my original box is xxx@xxx.com, but I would like to receive yyy@xxx.com. However, when I receive these forwarded emails, and I reply, the sender appears as the address of the original box, ie xxx@xxx.com. How do I get the answer to be with the forwarded email address? Hello, Domain: Purelyposh.com We've tried signing up for Zoho Mail however we always get this error: * This domain is already associated with this account "s*****e@p*****" We've already run through the process of proving ownership of the domain using a CNAME record, yet the error still appears (and has been appearing for about 24 hours). Something is Not Working
I have noticed today when working in Zoho Mail that a few things that had been working are not working anymore. I have listed those below with screenshots. 1. Unable to add Alias Address

Hello, I noticed that i cannot send any mail anymore from wordpress (smtp). SMTP ERROR: Password command failed: 554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT Is this account blocked? Can this be fixed and what causes this? What is the syntax for migration when specifying folders
I am trying to migrate the drafts folder and its subfolders. When adding an account, under Folder Option I chose Folder Specific and entered INBOX.Drafts. It migrated only the top level emails, and ignored the subfolders.When I tried to specify the subfolders, it froze with the message: "Adding members..." Hi Zoho Team I was making space in my Zoho inbox, so I downloaded all emails to outlook and deleted emails from my zoho email. Now I see that Outlook synced with Zoho mail and all mails I deleted from webmail have also been deleted from my local outlook servers. Dear All, I started my emails recently with Zoho Mail (Super Admin- director@samcoirproducts.com) and immediately found a problem of my emails not being received by the other end. All the corporate emails were not being sent to the other side. When being check it says that the email has been black listed. Add an option to Zoho Mail native app for iPhone
In the native app for iPhones, can you please add a function? Under Notifications, add an option under "Show on Lock Screen" allowing users to reduce the information that appears on the lock screen.
