Email Not Receiving Emails (but can still send emails)
Hi, For some reason, my email is not receiving email messages. I can send them but not receive them. Before now, it was fine! I have checked my MX Records and they are pointing correctly. When I try to send a test email I get the message: "553 Relaying disallowed" Can anyone help? Thanks, Becky
Issues connecting to outlook
Each time I try to connect one of the 5 users I have for my Zoho account to outlook, I get the following issue message. I have tried with all 5 users, using the passwords I use to log into zoho webmail, but get the error message seen in the attachment each time. I cannot stress enough times that this is not me inputting the password wrong. Any advice?

Mail stopped syncing to Mac mail
It's asking me to enter my password...which I do...and then it tells me that my password isn't correct. I can log in on the web, but I really need my emails to dump to my mac mail. Anyone know what I can do to resolve this? THANKS!

Create secondary Zoho email
I see that there is an option in Zoho Account to add an email address, but it looks like new addresses have to be non-Zoho. I am looking into adding a new @Zoho email address under my existing one. I am working on a website, so if people contact me, I would like customers to contact me at my secondary email and not my primary one. But if possible, I would still like to be notified through my primary. Is this possible?
