No option to share folder
Hi, New to Zoho so apologies if this has been covered. I have created a custom folder "shared" so that I can allow other group members to view emails. Problem is there is no "share folder" option when I right click on the folder. Obviously I have done something wrong but not sure what. Emails are coming in from our main POP3 account. Any help would be appreciated.

I seem to have forgotten the password for administrator(at)carolpulei(dot)com. Is there a way in which we can recover the account? We have access to the domain management. We already have one active user, and we'd love to add more accounts for other users, as we prepare to upgrade by next week and migrate previous data.

I try again and will re-register. but can not because my domain has been registered. according to the information I see can login then it will be forwarded to the verification page number, but that is not the case with me. Pop is downloading thousand of e-mails
Hello. I had a problem with Outlook recently, and I had to reinstall it. Now it is downloading all stored emails from the server. I've tried to archive everything, **even moving all to a custom folder**, nothing works. It keeps downloading all emails from everywhere. What can be done to fix this?

IP address apears 3 times per log in
Hi I'm just wondering. I've accessed my email and have changed my password but everytime I log in, my IP address appears 3 times in the activity history with the same date and the same time.. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
3 IP addresses per log in
Every single time I log in, three IP addesses appear on the activity history (the IP addressess are all the same). I changed my password and logged in again...and it's still the same. Although the IP adressesss are the same with the same date and time log in, they always appear 3 times in the activity history. I there a reason for this?

slow to receive email
I just switched to Zoho for email hosting. So far I'm disappointed in the speed in which my emails are coming through. I've tested it using several different accounts of mine. Each time it takes several minutes to receive (3-10ish). It doesn't matter if I'm using my desktop (Outlook) or my phone (Bluemail). Do you have any suggestions? If this is normal, then I will have to look at using another email host. Thank you.

Changed Website to a New Host. Do I need to reverify my domain?
I initially created my domain emails with Zoho mail, as I was using Wix and they did not provide domain emails at no cost. I have now moved my domain to Bluehost. I have already set up my domain emails through Bluehost, but since their open source inboxes are terrible, I would like to access email through Zoho again. I was able to update my MX records on my new host, but there is no dns record for CNAME in my Bluehost c-panel because my domain was previously verified with Wix. Is there a way to re-verify

Hi, I had a problem with receiving emails. Your helpdesk asked to remove a cName (after me insisting and asking what was wrong and needed change), which was removed by the DNS Manager. Now I get "553 Relaying disallowed" My DNS Manager said that now I needed to talk to zoho support. I created a ticket on your help page and replied to the last zoho email I got from support with no answer to this moment from both. There are various emails on this account and I can't use them...
