I have a very serious problem and need a list of all my emails(contains spams or deleted) on a specific day(7/23/17). is it possible?
cannot access mobile app
I've created an account and downloaded the IOS mobile app at once. When I login the mobile app, it says "invalid username or password", but everything is going well on desktop. BTW, my Apple App Store's country is China, but I created the account with @zoho.com. I know Zoho China is @zoho.com.cn Is this an issue that I cannot access mobile app or there's any other problem? Hello, I have this problem trying to send email through a Laravel app, I have checked the MX records and they seem fine, I can send and receive emails through the web interface, but setting the SMTP configuration in the PHP environment, I get the error: Expected response code 250 but got code "553", with message "553 Relaying disallowed as Example <hello@example.com> I checked the "Send email as" and the email address is set there. I tried TLS and SSL config: MAIL_DRIVER=smtp MAIL_HOST=smtp.zoho.com
Differentiate an answer in an reply email
Hello, I find it pretty odd, that when I am replying back to the sender, inside an body of his email, my reply cannot be differentited by an different text colour to identify the reply. Am I missing something? Thanks

Greetings, I can send emails but not recieving, so saw that my mx records are not set. So I tried adding the mx,mx2,mx3 but it won't take them and give me an error. Please help me out as I'm supposed to receive important mails.
User account disabled Z101:Oops when I try and re-enable
I have a user account that was disabled. In the Control Panel I can see the account email is disabled, but when I try and re-enable and type in my password, I get a Z101:Oops error, and told to try again later. The email account was working, and was disabled July 19th.

Hi, It seems to me that some email aliases are blocked to use. Most aliases I can add without any problems. But for some, I get "Unable to add Alias Address". I am sure, that the alias is not in use. I'm having troubles trying to validate my domain: www.skadiconsulting.co.nz I've followed the Zoho instructions and added the CNAME records on WIX accordingly, I even tried the TXT record method, but had no luck. Issue with receiving email with google domain
Hi, I am using google domain to configure an email server with Zoho as many mentioned I am facing issue with receiving emails with Google domain. I have setup DKIM, and SPF as mentioned in the links, I see a different value for SPF mentioned in one of the posts, can you please confirm the right value and if the SPF is configured right should I have to wait for 24 to 48 hours for it to set right ? Also I am not able to set up the MX records for value mx.zoho.com i am getting an error record already

I recently started getting the following error when trying to send an email on my android via K9 mail: Failed to send some messages - Negative SMTP reply: 553 The issue happens only on my zoho mail account when using K9 Mail on Android. My gmail account seems to be fine (also on K9). No issues with my zoho mail account using Outlook or other mail clients. The message in question gets moved into the Drafts folder. When I refresh the Draft folder - it vanishes without a trace. I am logging this issue
Only 1 email account showing on laptop
I have quite a number of email addresses in my Zoho Account. On my PC three appear down the left hand column and when I click on the ... a window appears listing the other emails. When I use my 15" laptop this window only shows 1 single email addess at a time and when scrolling up and down using the arrows you miss some emails. Is there any way to make this window deeper to show more emails ? Is it possible to have more than 3 email accounts left in the unused space at the bottom of the left hand
