Hello there, Recently I made another user as admin to manage other emails in my absence. However, as a super admin, I found out that this admin can change my own (super admin) email password - thus controlling everything. I think this shouldn't be allowed to admins to change super admin's email passwords. Please let me know how can I keep control over this while admin can manage only users, not the super admin. How do you change super admin default email?
I made a mistake when I created the email for the first time as the super admin. I used myname@gmail.com and also all@mydomain.com but now I want to use myname@mydomain.com as the super admin so I can use all@mydomain.com for other things. How do I do that? I have never had an email provider that is so bad at stopping the spam into my inbox. It is the worst spam filtering I have ever seen. Every day I get up to 20 emails from domains @mail.ru and @yandex.com. I have tried everything to stop them coming through but nothing works. I get an additional 50 more spam items per day which I have to manually remove. These offer sex, viagra, drugs, money laundering and heaps more. HOW CAN THESE EMAILS BE GETTING THROUGH?? Hello Zoho, Around 1 PM onwards, my company organisation few emails which are accessed by other members are NOT working. When they are logging in as zoho email it says this - Access denied from this IP address. Please contact your Administrator (xxx@yyyy.com). They are ADMIN accounts (Not user) and till today afternoon, they never got this problem. Now from few hours, they cannot login. Strangely, when I am accessing these emails from my PC (I am super admin) then I can login. So what is the issue?
