Mail rejected by zoho
We use a third party invoice and payment chaser - Satago - for some reason all the emails sent to zoho mail users gets rejected the sender domain is satago.co They get a 541 mail rejected error and all emails bounce without reaching the recipient on a zoho mail server

I'm noticing hundreds of bounced emails from people (mail deliver failed) and it looks like my mail account got compromised at some point until I changed my password. How do I prevent this in the future and secure my account better?

Hello. I have been received the alert that my spf isn't set up correctly. I use zoho mail and mail chimp exclusively for emails. If you look at the spf entry for my site: watercolortutor.com, You will see I have consolidated my spf entries for hostgator and zoho into one record. I have created a subdomain to send my mail chimp emails from to keep my spf count below 10. My questions are: Is this the right configuration? I can't verify the spf record through zoho mail. We have been emailing a supplier and for two emails out of the last four sent have had this error message sent back. Can any tell me what it is, and why it's appeared? Especially on 2 not 4 of the emails (3 were sent within a few minutes of each other). Thanks

IMAP not connecting to Hubspot CRM
I am trying to connect my IMAP and SMTP too Hubspot crm in order to able to receive my emails in Hubspot. I have already reached out to Hubspot support and we have exhausted all options on their end. The proper port is included and so is the ingoing and outgoing connections are set. I dont have 2 factor authentication on yet and attached is the error I am receiving. Currently I am unable to reach out to clients until I have the crm connected so this is quite urgent. Thank you.
