Hi Guys, I am really struggling on how to set up an effective automation follow up with Zoho CRM. I used Zendesk before but now separating Support and Sales (Zoho). I created a series of 6 email follow up but the problem is that I can not find any way to tell the system to stop the Automation if the customer reply to any of the emails. I used to do this with Zendesk by adding different tag, so if the updater = End-user -> add tag replied, something like. I really want to transfer all sales activity

Outgoing Mails being BLOCKED
Domain: magri.biz Hi, I´m writing to you because Outgoing Mails are blocked in some of my accounts and I don´t know why. The accounts in question are used to communicate with clients, WE DO NOT SEND SPAM (As one of yours accused us to do in a prior email conversation). I can see only one email bounced in each account, I think that is not enough to block them, something else must be going on. I´recommend Zoho Mails to all my clients and never had an issue. magri.biz is one of my most important clients

Dear Zoho, end of last week I received an email from one of my builders with a quote (doc file) attached. I responded straight away but wanted to look at the quote today. Unfortunately, I can't find the email anywhere, nor can I find my response in the Sent folder (or the trash). Any idea what is going on there? Many thanks for your help Antonio

Hi, When sent to others my emails are marked as spam even after I checked all the settings for SPF or DKIM. It seems to me that I configured them properly but I would like to have some support from Zoho. Can anyone please help me or give me better advice? Thanks in advance!

I own bankgallery.in. I want to set up an email service. I followed every instruction down to the individual characters of the instructions to verify: 1. My DNS provider BigRock domains is not on the list, so I choose [OTHER] and I have also tried the option Cname to register 2. I add the respective CNAME and TXT names and values to my BigRock domain manager to bankgallery.in 3. I use BigRock to host my site. 4. I have multiple times checked the values to see if they're correct from zoho to my BigRock

Intermittent sending problem
About five times in the last three months I tried sending an email from my lemurine account and was unable to (I did not receive any error message). Mail from zoho shows as spam in Gmail
Recently, I sent a mail from vicky@hitonelectronics.com which is hosted in Zoho mail to my gmail account. But its shown as a spam mail in my gmail account. I tried multiple zoho accounts with various gmail accounts but the same error is shown. for example, dilip@hitonelectronics is also showns as a spam in gmail.

Hello, I am going through the following problem: The email fabiana@bancodefranquias.com has been block since yesterday, and the message is: "Mail Fetch has also been disabled for any active POP accounts" (attached pic) And then I go to the troubleshoot, I unblock it, I receive an email saying it was unblocked, and the just a couple minutes later I get another email saying it was block again (I went through the process for 4 times). Which credentials to send mail through Zoho SMTP
Hello, I configured Zoho SMTP in my Java app to send mail. I can send successfully email when using my Zoho administrator user credentials (admin@mydomain.com + admin password). In this case, when a user receives the email, the 'from' field shows "admin@mydomain.com". However, I would like to send mails from 'noreply@mydomain.com'. I tried to change the credentials in the SMTP configuration to the noreply user (noreply@mydomain.com + noreply password), but I get an exception "535 Authentication Failed".

How to add a new Email account related to my domain
Ok, I have a domain and using the email from Zoho with admin@mysite.com Now, I wish to have another email account with support@mysite.com. I go to Cpanel>Add users and send an Invite. As I want to create a new account with support@mysite.com, how can an Invite be accepted? If I try to login via mail.zoho.com with support one, it says we have sent you an email please activate using that link. How am I supposed to activate this?

I deleted lots of mails from the account and I did not get more space. The space is frozen at 97% and although I have deleted thousands of emails its not going down... I really need help with this, i contacted zoho to buy individual plan and upgrade and they told me it wasnt possible that i need to buy it for 5 accounts, but i just need it for mine i dont understand this... i can pay anual but need my mail expanded its really anoying im getting problems with my clients. Hello, I'm receiving the following error when I try to send an email using SMTP on my production web server, that holds my wordpress site the error is 554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked At this moment, there is no DKIM configuration on the server, Is this error related to this? Email from my Zoho address goes to spam in Outlook email addresses
Hello, I've set up Zoho for use as a mail server. I've linked Zoho and the web host following all instructions. If I send an email to a Google email address, the email goes into the inbox, yet if I send the email to an Outlook email, the email is placed and classed as spam. Can anyone help, or has anyone got the same issue? In http://www.mail-tester.com it gives me 10/10. Any help is greatly appreciated as this is a time sensitive issue for us. Regards.
