Hi there, I'm a Sales and Marketing Associate, and I was trying to send marketing emails to potential clients. I didn't know the email system would block merging mail. Contact Notes
Any chance of of removing field restrictions for the Notes area? Every note that contains certain punctuation marks does not allow contact to be created or updated. Also, the formatting rules suck - new paragraph impossible, everything jumbled together. Need to be able to separate subjects, info, etc.

I tried to register a new domain for Zoho Mail for a client but it failed to complete the registration and the domain now appears to be linked to my personal Zoho account although doesn't show in the Control Panel for me to be able to deregister. I realise I need to register using my client's phone number now, but its not letting me do so. Can't create new account?
I'm trying to create a new Zoho Mail account. But every time I fill out new details at https://workplace.zoho.com/orgsignup.do?plan=free , the button "Sign Up" doesn't make anything. I have tried on 2 different PCs until yesterday, using Chrome and Edge. What's going on?

Cannot edit some imported contact notes
I am impressed how Zoho was able to import gmail contact data via csv, but I am unable to edit some of them in random testing. For example account Bingo, I cannot select Edit and then without changing anything, select Save. I get an error Enter a valid Notes. There is a lengthy note in the Bingo contact, and some words are red underlined indicating spellcheck fail. I shortened the note and deleted the words with red underling to no avail. Still same error "Enter a valid Notes". The error goes away

lewpp@halaniinternational.com incoming and outgoing mail is disabled. When I try and enable them, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. Could you please help me to enable them from your end. Thanks Durga Prasad

Shared Folders to maintain sub grouping
I find the ability to sub group folders in mail really useful however when the folders are shared the sub levels are not maintained, anyone receiving the shared folders has them displayed as a flat list of all the folders. for example I have: Bookings/Booking 1 Bookings/Booking 2 etc. with Bookings being a folder with each booking underneath as a subfolder... But when I share the folders the recipients see: Bookings Booking 1 Booking 2 I suggest developing the sharing ability so that folder hierarchies
