Can't start using mail as domain already associated with unknown account
I recently created an account on zoho. When i tried to setup my domain " www.connectjk.com " i got the error the following error : " This domain is already associated with this account "z*****l@c***** " how can i rectify this?? I have never tried to create any account on zoho before so how is my domain registered to some account i don't recognize? Any helpful answers appreciated Thanks

I want to use the exchange service in order to eliminate any delays, but I found it cannot sync all mails for me, it just downloads recent few months, so I want to know is there any way to enable this feature? Thank you everyone who can help me.

Unable to recieve mail, however I am able to send mail
Hi, I have setup Zoho mail account, I am able to send the mails but I am not able to receive mails. My email account is : admin@precisionitsolution. I have done all the required CNAME, TXT, MX. I also checked through MX Tool and everything is setup perfectly fine and I can see the setup as well but I am not able to receive mail. Regards, Precision Team

All my emails got deleted
Hello, Yesterday I deleted my godaddy domain email address from zoho mail, also the organization profile i had associated to it. The problem is that in the process of doing this somehow all my emails were deleted from my inbox, sent, trash, etc... How is this possible? the last thing i did was in my phone, I made the desktop configuration sync from the zoho mail app.

Outlook cannot fetch emails today
I've been using zoho & the same PC for years so this is not a problem of settings. Outlook is not fetching any email through the IMAP server today despite email were sent out. Also the outlook on my iPhone do works fine. Please check. No error message were pop up but just no email was downloaded despite there are new emails I checked from the zoho email through using browser. Tried double the server timeout setting but also failed to work.

Email signature social media icon won't show
I inserted a facebook icon and an instagram icon into my email signature. I highlighted both icons to embed links in them. I did many email tests and also redo the works many times, but the two icons won't show up when you open up the email using the iphone default email app. There were just two white boxes. If you click on those white boxes then the links would work though. However, if you use a laptop to check the email, then the icons and links showed up and worked fine. It was just looking
