Cannot add a domain
Hello! I cannot add a new domain, saying the operation is restricted on my account. I don't think I've done anything wrong during the signup. I even deleted my account and signed up again but I still can't add a domain. I'm using a free plan, trying to add a .tk domain, and my e-mail is a GMail email.
imap issues on Galaxy s8
Im struggling to setup imap for my zoho email on my Galaxy S8. I have a personal domain. I enter the user details as username@zoho.eu not username@personaldomain.com and my password and it keeps telling me its incorrect. any advice would be great.

Hi guys, I have a domain that i use in zoho mail, when I was creating account, I make tge register with this number 5521970026725 and the domain jovirio.com.br. I dont receive the code and now I cant login in zoho with this informations. There are anyway that you delete this account to me, thais happen i can create again.

Creating second user

Hello, I am trying to set up my Zoho email service with Jira. It works fine for most things, but when I send an invite to someone, I get this error: Caused by: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 553 Relaying disallowed I put up a ticket on the Atlassian forums and the service there told me this was a Zoho related issue, and it seems that it is because it works fine with Gmail. Now I move the hosting to SiteGround and I'm using the same MX records. I tried everything I can find to set the SPF and DKIM the way the instructions say. However at this point GoDaddy says that ZOHO is in charge of my DNS settings and they can not be changed on GoDaddy. I can not find any way to change any of these settings on ZOHO. My sent mail is going in users spam folder. Please Help

Anyone else cannot access their zoho mailbox on a desktop computer?
It is impossible to access my mailbox this evening. After I log in and click onto the mail icon the target page (https://mail.zoho.com) won't load. It works on a mobile phone but not on a desktop. Any ideas, anyone?
