Locked out of Admin Account - Account is Inactive?
Hello Zoho Team, I am locked out of my management@lagaviotatropical.com account. When I go to reset the password, it says "Account is inactive." Hello, Since Saturday morning I am unable to send email from my account. Whenever I try to send a mail, it pops up the message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked.". I informed my organisation administrator about it. He went ahead and unblocked my account and also reset the password. Yet I am still unable to send mails. A few weeks ago I created a Zoho account with the email "srandrediaz@gmail.com" associated to the domain "nelsondias.net". Today, I deleted this account and created a new one with my present email, "nelsondiasdmkt@gmail.com", which was also associated to the domain "nelsondias.net". Neverthless, I wasn´t able to validate the domain (guess it's stuck to the previous one).

Hi admin, our host (admin: duyvu@homeoffice.com.vn) has been blocked this morning because of exceeding limit. From then on, my boss can not send any kind of email or receive emails.
