i would like to have it that when a sub admin recieves an email on his set email address (example@zoho,com) three actions should happen 1) the same email should be recieved by the admin 2)the sub admin should receive an email notification to his personal email (test@gmail,com) that he has an email in the system so he will know to log in 3) if either the admin or subadmin responded to the email it should be marked as read by both the dmin and subadmin thank you

hello, We were trying to sign up for a zohomail account, but when we tried to enter the verification sent through our cellphone number, nothing happened. I see this is a common issue. I have an admin email account that I can access and I have created an additional MMurphy email account for normal use. Problem is 1. I updated my MX records on Digital Ocean and I can't get or recieve my email now. Emails Bouncing Back to Sender
I had one person tell me today that when they try to send me an email it is bounced back to them. My email is hosted on Zoho. I am receiving some emails, but apparently there are others I am not.
