Introducing Assessment Summary in Zoho Recruit



Reviewing assessment responses, identifying candidate strengths, and evaluating suitability for a role can take time, especially when you're assessing multiple candidates. Going through individual responses to understand each candidate's performance adds to the effort involved in screening and evaluating applicants.

Assessment Summary, powered by Zia, gives you a quicker way to understand candidate assessment results. It brings key performance insights, strengths and concerns, and a recommendation indicator together in one place, helping you evaluate candidates without having to review every response just to get an initial overview.

 What's new  

Assessment Summary provides a concise overview of a candidate's assessment performance, including key insights and a recommendation indicator to support hiring decisions.

The summary includes:

  • Performance insights: Understand the candidate's assessment results at a glance.

  • Key Strengths/Concerns: Highlight the candidate's strengths and areas of concern based on their assessment performance.

  • Recommendation indicator: Review whether the candidate is Recommended, Consider, or Reject.

How it works  

  1. Go to Setup > Zia > Zia Summary.


  2. Enable the Assessment Summary toggle, configure the summary language, and click Save.


  3. Open a candidate record in the Candidates module.

  4. Navigate to the Answered Assessments related list and open an answered assessment.

  5. Click Assessment Summary to view the AI-generated summary.

Zia analyzes the assessment results and generates a concise summary of the candidate’s performance and overall evaluation. The summary includes performance insights and a recommendation indicator, such as Recommended, Consider, or Reject.
