BCCメール取り込みは、さまざまなメールアドレスから送信されたメールをZoho CRMのレコードと同期させる機能です。
BCCメール取り込み用のメールアドレスをBCCに追加するだけで、該当のメールがレコードと関連付けされます。
アップデート内容
「追加済みのメールアドレスの一覧」に、同期したいメールアドレスを追加した後、当該メールアドレスの認証が必要となりました。
これにより、セキュリティ強化を図ります。

認証方法
メールアドレスを追加します。当該メールアドレス宛に認証コードが送信されます。
当該メールアドレスに送信された認証コードを、上キャプチャの画面にて入力します。


認証ステータスは以下3パターンありますので、ご留意ください。
チェックマーク✅:追加されたメールアドレスが認証済みであることを表します。
認証するにはクリックしてください:メールアドレスの認証を促すものです。「追加済みのメールアドレスの一覧」への新規追加時に表示されます。
認証を開始する:既存のBCCメール取り込み用メールアドレスに対して表示されます。

注意点:
・BCCメール取り込みの利用を継続するには、認証が完了するまでレコードとメールは関連付けされませんので、ご注意ください。
メールアドレスがZoho CRM内ですでに認証されている場合、認証コードによる認証は不要です。
・新たにメールアドレスを追加するには、認証を行う必要があります。
・認証コードは、15日間有効です。
