Accounting on the Go Series-19: Flexible Invoicing- Tailoring Transactions with changeable Templates in Zoho Books

Hello Zoho Books users!

We are back with another 'Accounting On-the-Go' series and this time, we will talk about a feature that adds a touch of personalisation to your invoicing journey. Zoho Books mobile app enables you to select different templates at the invoice level, allowing you to tailor your invoices based on specific business needs.

We have often spoken about how Zoho Books can cater to different business needs. One such crucial aspect is the transaction template you use. While your standard invoice template might be professional and straightforward, catering to your corporate clients, there might be instances where you prefer a different template for another set of clients.

Here, the Zoho Books app helps once again by providing that much needed customization. Instead of being confined to a one-size-fits-all template, you can now hand-pick different templates for each invoice. This ensures that your invoicing style harmonises seamlessly with the unique nature of each transaction.

Key Benefits:

1. Client-Centric Invoicing: Tailor each invoice to match the preferences and expectations of different clients.
2. Brand Cohesion: Ensure that your brand identity shines through in every interaction, right down to your invoices.
