Add System Pre-Defined Lookup Field to Subform?

Hi there!

New to using Zoho, so this may already exist, but I'm having trouble figuring it out. Is there a way to get the system pre-defined Account Lookup field (in our case, renamed to Company Name), as the starting point for a subform? 

In our company, we are typically working with our Preferred Partners at a company level, but we obviously have reps at that company that we work with. Basically, most of the information is listed on the Company (Account) profile, but we also want some of it to be listed on the representative's (Contact) profile. This seems to be a fit for subforms, but we are having to do the lookup field twice - once to attach the contact to the company, and then a second time to add the company to the subform. Representatives tend to change fairly often, so this is not a "one-and-done" kind of situation.

Is there a way that we can just do the lookup field once and it both attaches the contact to the company and adds the company to the subform? Is this maybe a function or client script?
